Le 3e \u00abGrand Prix des artisans boulangers-confiseurs\u00bb sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9 lors de la FBKplus (qui aura lieu du 16 au 19 janvier 2021).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abNous regrettons cette mesure drastique, mais sommes convaincus que c\u2019est actuellement la meilleure voie possible\u00bb, selon les dires d\u2019Urs Wellauer, directeur de la BCS. \u00abLa BCS saurait gr\u00e9 aux membres, d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s et h\u00f4tes de r\u00e9server la date du mardi 1er juin 2021, pour le prochain congr\u00e8s de la BCS\u00bb. Les d\u00e9tails relatifs au \u00abGrand Prix des artisans boulangers-confiseurs\u00bb de janvier 2021 suivront.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Motifs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>L\u2019\u00e9volution est incertaine (l\u2018interdiction de rassemblement pourrait notamment perdurer) et la charge de travail suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir outre la communication de crise relative au coronavirus et les affaires courantes de l\u2019association va s\u2019av\u00e9rer difficile \u00e0 g\u00e9rer avec les ressources humaines actuelles.<\/li><li>La plupart des associations cantonales n\u2019ont pas pu tenir leurs assembl\u00e9es en raison des r\u00e8gles de conduite en vigueur et n\u2019ont donc pas \u00e9lu de d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Du fait de la crise du coronavirus, les priorit\u00e9s des membres de la BCS et des partenaires sectoriels ne vont pas aux manifestations associatives.<\/li><li>Un report \u00e0 l\u2018automne entra\u00eenerait certainement d\u2019autres conflits d\u2019agendas. Un grand nombre d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nements pr\u00e9vus au printemps ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 report\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2018automne, des conflits de dates seraient in\u00e9vitables. L\u2019organisation de deux \u00e9v\u00e8nements majeurs \u2013 les SwissSkills (en septembre) et la FBKplus (en janvier) \u2013 est par ailleurs en suspens.<\/li><li>Les associations cantonales, respectivement leurs membres (d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s) ont d\u2019autres pr\u00e9occupations que de se soucier de sujets associatifs apr\u00e8s l\u2019arr\u00eat du coronavirus.<\/li><li>Aucun objet critique n\u2019est soumis au vote \u2013 les comptes annuels 2019 sont positifs et les points de l\u2019ordre du jour ne sont pas prospectifs. En outre, le d\u00e9veloppement de la nouvelle strat\u00e9gie de l\u2019association sera massivement retard\u00e9 par la situation de crise actuelle.<\/li><li>Le \u00abGrand Prix des artisans boulangers-confiseurs\u00bb est un \u00e9v\u00e8nement de r\u00e9seautage qui s\u2019inscrit tr\u00e8s bien dans la FBKplus (www.fbkplus.ch).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-information-des-membres-de-la-bcs\">Information des membres de la BCS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9cision du comit\u00e9 central relative \u00e0 l\u2019annulation du congr\u00e8s 2020 sera port\u00e9e \u00e0 la connaissance de tous les membres dans l\u2019\u00e9dition du 1er mai 2020 de \u00abpanissimo\u00bb.
