Un examen pratique final aura lieu en production de boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie, mais pas dans le commerce de d\u00e9tail.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le 15 avril, le Secr\u00e9tariat d\u2019Etat \u00e0 la formation, \u00e0 la recherche et \u00e0 l\u2019innovation (Sefri) a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de laisser l\u2019Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs (BCS) effectuer les examens pratiques finaux en production. Depuis lundi, 20 avril, ces examens peuvent avoir lieu dans le cadre de r\u00e8gles de comportement et d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne. Le 16 avril, les chefs experts ont imm\u00e9diatement \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9s au moyen des documents n\u00e9cessaires. Concernant la situation actuelle, une fiche d\u2019information sur les r\u00e8gles et les mesures d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019attention des experts et des entreprises formatrices de la production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La fiche se trouve sur la <a href=\"https:\/\/service.swissbaker.ch\/sbcpub\/fr\/home.html\">plateforme en ligne<\/a>, au chapitre 6.8 \u00ab Pr\u00e9vention de la pand\u00e9mie \u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pas-d-examen-pratique-en-commerce-de-detail\">Pas d\u2019examen pratique en commerce de d\u00e9tail<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les choses sont diff\u00e9rentes du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la proc\u00e9dure de qualification de la formation professionnelle de base de \u00ab gestionnaire du commerce de d\u00e9tail CFC \u00bb et d\u2019 \u00ab assistante du commerce de d\u00e9tail AFP\/assistant du commerce de d\u00e9tail AFP \u00bb. Le Sefri a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 hier qu\u2019aucun examen final pratique n\u2019aura lieu. Cela fait suite \u00e0 la proposition de la Formation du commerce de d\u00e9tail suisse.
