Elle a effectu\u00e9 un court stage dans une boulangerie suisse et d\u00e9couvert l\u2019un des plus beaux m\u00e9tiers du monde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 de nature curieuse et attentive \u00e0 ce qui m\u2019entoure et met mes sens en \u00e9veil. Ma famille est arriv\u00e9e au Chili en provenance d\u2019Allemagne et de Suisse, il y a de nombreuses ann\u00e9es. Certains modes de vie et recettes se sont transmis de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration en g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. J\u2019ai grandi avec des histoires de pays lointains, dans des cuisines pleines d\u2019ar\u00f4mes et de saveurs, un m\u00e9lange de traditions europ\u00e9ennes et chiliennes.<br>Lors d\u2019un voyage en Suisse, j\u2019ai appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 la qualit\u00e9 du pain qu\u2019on y mangeait. J\u2019ai essay\u00e9 de le reproduire au Chili et de rapporter quelque chose de mes anc\u00eatres chez moi.<br>Je suis pharmacienne et je travaille dans une universit\u00e9. Presque tous les jours, je suis attir\u00e9e de mon poste de travail \u00e0 la cuisine, mon nouveau laboratoire. L\u00e0, je m\u2019\u00e9merveille toujours sur la fa\u00e7on dont je r\u00e9ussis \u00e0 obtenir cette simple miche de pain \u00e0 partir d\u2019un m\u00e9lange de farine, d\u2019eau, de sel et de levure. Je suis toutefois consciente que le processus pour parvenir au r\u00e9sultat est tr\u00e8s complexe.<br>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 de mes amis et de la famille Sollberger \u00e0 Gontenschwil (AG), j\u2019ai effectu\u00e9 un court stage dans une boulangerie suisse et d\u00e9couvert l\u2019un des plus beaux m\u00e9tiers du monde. Je suis tr\u00e8s reconnaissante d\u2019avoir pu r\u00e9aliser mes r\u00eaves. Les changements qu\u2019il est possible de r\u00e9aliser, que ce soit dans un laboratoire ou dans une boulangerie, m\u2019\u00e9tonneront toujours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Karin J\u00fcrgens<\/strong> est pharmacienne et travaille dans une universit\u00e9 chilienne, o\u00f9 elle guide les \u00e9tudes de pharmacie de quelque 400 \u00e9tudiantes et \u00e9tudiants.
