J\u2019ai pass\u00e9 de nombreux mercredis apr\u00e8s-midi \u00e0 la confiserie devant la temp\u00e9reuse. Les pralin\u00e9s et autres sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s d\u00e9filaient. J\u2019\u00e9tais avec mon p\u00e8re, qui travaille d\u00e9j\u00e0 depuis plus de 30 ans au Caf\u00e9 Haug. Je savais que ce m\u00e9tier \u00e9tait bien plus que du travail, et ce que repr\u00e9sentait de vivre dans une famille qui travaille samedis, dimanches et jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quinze ans plus tard, cette machine, d\u2019un autre temps selon moi, est devenue mon fid\u00e8le compagnon pour la pratique de mon examen professionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces souvenirs et l\u2019\u00e9change avec mon p\u00e8re me donnent aujourd\u2019hui de la force d\u2019exercer ce m\u00e9tier avec plaisir. S\u2019inscrire \u00e0 un examen professionnel en tant que futur p\u00e8re et avec un emploi \u00e0 temps plein a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 beaucoup de bienveillance de ma femme. Souhaitant faire partie de ce m\u00e9tier manuel et devant nourrir une famille, j\u2019ai relev\u00e9 ce d\u00e9fi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-famille-un-bien-precieux\">La famille, un bien pr\u00e9cieux<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je savais que durant cette phase de pr\u00e9paration, je n\u2019aurais pas suffisamment de temps pour ma famille. Je raterais certains premiers moments uniques de notre fille. Mais gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une bonne organisation au travail et \u00e0 la maison, j\u2019ai pu vivre des moments forts en \u00e9motion avec notre nouveau-n\u00e9. Ces quelques instants familiaux \u00e9taient bien plus pr\u00e9cieux que tout un week-end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Retour sur les bancs d\u2019\u00e9cole<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Revenir \u00e0 l\u2019apprentissage a \u00e9t\u00e9 un de mes plus grands d\u00e9fis, lors de la phase initiale. J\u2019ai investi le plus de temps pour cela au d\u00e9but. Le fait de savoir quand et comment apprendre le plus efficacement possible a \u00e9t\u00e9 un moment cl\u00e9 de la r\u00e9ussite. Je sugg\u00e8re cette mani\u00e8re de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 chacun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9change avec les autres coll\u00e8gues de travail a aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 une partie importante de la formation.
