A la fois belle et paisible, la boulangerie \u2013 g\u00e9r\u00e9e par Madame Feuz, une aimable dame assez costaude, \u2013 \u00e9tait \u00ab\u2009the place to be\u2009\u00bb dans ma jeunesse.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-et-trente-ans-plus-tard\">Et trente ans plus tard\u2009?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme nous le savons tous, les choses ne sont plus pareilles depuis. L\u2019offre, mais aussi les consommateurs et notamment les habitudes d\u2019achat des gens ont drastiquement chang\u00e9 ces trente derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, et ce n\u2019est pas pr\u00e8s de s\u2019arr\u00eater. Le commerce stationnaire est en pleine transformation, les t\u00e2ches et les d\u00e9fis \u00e9tant nombreux en vue de s\u2019attirer les faveurs des clients \u00e0 l\u2019avenir \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis convaincu que beaucoup de chefs d\u2019entreprise, boulangers et confiseurs compris, vont devoir se pr\u00e9occuper davantage de l\u2019\u00ab\u2009exp\u00e9rience client\u2009\u00bb dans un avenir proche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les histoires incitent \u00e0 l\u2019achat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je cherche en vain dans les magasins quelques mots sur les ingr\u00e9dients, la fabrication et la transformation des produits \u2013 ces derniers n\u2019\u00e9tant g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus non plus indiqu\u00e9s. Je souhaiterais \u00e9galement qu\u2019on me raconte des histoires dans les boulangeries et les confiseries, ce qu\u2019on appelle le \u00ab\u2009storytelling\u2009\u00bb dans le jargon professionnel y ayant toute sa place selon moi. Les histoires suscitent des \u00e9motions chez nous les hommes, elles restent grav\u00e9es dans nos esprits et nous incitent \u00e0 acheter. La passion et l\u2019amour du produit sont importants non seulement dans le cadre de la consommation, mais aussi lors de la production et de la vente des produits notamment\u2009! Et pour vendre des \u00ab\u2009sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s tr\u00e8s pris\u00e9es\u2009\u00bb des clients, outre une attitude authentique, sympathique et orient\u00e9e clients, il faut \u00e9galement \u00eatre capable de raconter des histoires sinc\u00e8res qui passionnent les clients\u2009!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je me tiens \u00e0 votre enti\u00e8re disposition si vous souhaitez en apprendre davantage sur la fa\u00e7on dont vous pouvez cr\u00e9er des histoires.
