Les assises \u00e9taient enti\u00e8rement ax\u00e9es sur la solidarit\u00e9 et un d\u00e9part prospectif.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deux d\u00e9cisions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9terminantes. Lors d\u2019un vote consultatif, les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du congr\u00e8s ont donn\u00e9 leur accord pour la poursuite des plans et de l\u2019organisation de transition dans le cadre du projet de r\u00e9organisation \u00ab Reload \u00bb. Il n\u2019y a pas eu de votes contre. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une grande marque de confiance envers les responsables du projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un signal important a \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9 du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la communaut\u00e9 d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats (CI) suisse des grandes entreprises. A la demande de Konrad Prister, directeur de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie Fleischli (Niederglatt) et membre de la CI suisse des grandes entreprises, les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s ont vot\u00e9 une augmentation de la masse salariale pour les entreprises avec une masse salariale AVS de plus de 11 millions de francs. Elle passe de 11000 \u00e0 13200 francs. A noter : un vote contre et une abstention. La demande DFO limitant la contribution maximale \u00e0 11000 francs est entre les mains du Secr\u00e9tariat d\u2019Etat \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9conomie. Le changement vot\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement transmis apr\u00e8s le congr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les cotisations actuelles &#8211; les contributions sur la masse salariale de 1,2 pour mille ou 0,12% de la masse salariale AVS en faveur de la formation et de la formation continue de l\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont et la cotisation de base de 550 francs pour le travail associatif \u2013 seront \u00e9galement valables dans le futur. Les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s les ont approuv\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Modifications des statuts approuv\u00e9es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de 2019, les statuts r\u00e9vis\u00e9s partiellement de la BCS entreront en vigueur. Les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s ont approuv\u00e9 les changements sans opposition, avec une abstention. L\u2019objectif de cette r\u00e9vision est d\u2019\u00e9largir le cercle des membres de la BCS et de les distinguer en membres DFO et membres non DFO. Autrement dit, parmi les membres, lesquels sont soumis \u00e0 la CCT dont le champ d\u2019application est \u00e9tendu et ceux qui ne le sont pas. La veille de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, tous les membres sont invit\u00e9s au 2e Grand Prix des artisans boulangers-confiseurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s ont \u00e9galement accept\u00e9 la proposition d\u2019organiser le congr\u00e8s \u00e0 Berne en 2020.
