J\u2019ai parcouru ce chemin et j\u2019ai atteint mon objectif. Mais commen\u00e7ons par le d\u00e9but.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-decision-prise-en-2015\">D\u00e9cision prise en 2015<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 pris la d\u00e9cision de passer l\u2019EP en juin 2015. H\u00e9las, il me manquait encore un an d\u2019exp\u00e9rience professionnelle. Du coup, je ne pouvais m\u2019inscrire qu\u2019en ao\u00fbt 2016 pour la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 l\u2019EP. J\u2019ai toutefois bien su remplir le temps entre deux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2015, j\u2019ai tout d\u2019abord pass\u00e9 le cours de formateur. Puis au printemps 2016, j\u2019ai suivi les cours de \u00ab gestion du personnel niveau 1, places de travail s\u00fbrs et sains et les lignes directives de l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne pour une bonne pratique proc\u00e9durale \u00bb. Le cours sur la gestion du personnel niveau 1 \u00e9tait recommand\u00e9 et les autres cours sont obligatoires pour l\u2019admission \u00e0 l\u2019EP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ao\u00fbt 2016, les cours officiels de pr\u00e9paration ont d\u00e9but\u00e9. Une phrase m\u2019est rest\u00e9e en t\u00eate \u00e0 partir du premier jour des cours: le chemin est le but. Cette phrase m\u2019a accompagn\u00e9e \u00e0 travers tout l\u2019EP, lors de chaque obstacle important. Lorsque j\u2019\u00e9tais \u00e0 deux pas de tout abandonner, elle me revenait \u00e0 l\u2019esprit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cinq tableaux au mur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le programme \u00e9tait tendu. Apr\u00e8s une courte p\u00e9riode, le premier examen de module \u00e9tait au rendez-vous. La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape \u00e9tait r\u00e9ussie. Et comme toujours, ce qui est typique pour moi, j\u2019avais besoin d\u2019un symbole. Ce jour-l\u00e0, j\u2019ai re\u00e7u mon certificat, je suis rentr\u00e9e \u00e0 la maison, je l\u2019ai encadr\u00e9 et accroch\u00e9 au mur. J\u2019ai dit \u00e0 mon petit ami : \u00abQuand il y aura cinq tableaux accroch\u00e9s \u00e0 ce mur, j\u2019aurai atteint mon objectif.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les temps forts se sont succ\u00e9d\u00e9. Les pr\u00e9parations pour le deuxi\u00e8me examen de module \u00e9taient au rendez-vous. Le travail pour la gestion des collaborateurs devait \u00eatre rendu. La planification des \u00e9v\u00e9nements battait de son plein. En un mois, j\u2019ai pu atteindre deux autres \u00e9tapes importantes et j\u2019avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 trois tableaux accroch\u00e9s \u00e0 mon mur. Quant au quatri\u00e8me examen de module, j\u2019avais encore six mois. Mais ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas le moment de se reposer, bien au contraire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La prochaine \u00e9tape \u00e9tait l\u2019examen pratique qui exigeait beaucoup de temps. En plus de l\u2019apprentissage et les pr\u00e9parations, il fallait planifier tout l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement. Le temps filait \u00e0 toute vitesse et le jour de l\u2019examen et de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 surmont\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le temps libre pour apprendre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019EP, je profite de mon temps de libre et de mes vacances pour r\u00e9viser. Mais apr\u00e8s l\u2019examen pratique, je me suis offert une petite pause. L\u2019\u00e9quipe Toyota suisse s\u2019est rendue \u00e0 la r\u00e9union de la marque \u00e0 Gosau dans le Salzkammergut (A). Le tout reli\u00e9 \u00e0 une semaine de vacances. J\u2019avais pris tous mes livres et mes r\u00e9sum\u00e9s. Ils sont tous rest\u00e9s dans mon sac. Rentr\u00e9e \u00e0 la maison, j\u2019avais mauvaise conscience, parce que je n\u2019avais rien fait pour l\u2019EP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors je me suis tout de suite remise \u00e0 r\u00e9viser et \u00e0 enti\u00e8rement me concentrer sur le dernier examen de module. La derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape \u00e9tait atteinte. Le certificat \u00e9tait en poche le jour des examens finaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, le dernier certificat a trouv\u00e9 sa place et le dernier obstacle \u00e9tait accompli avec les examens finaux. Une longue attente commen\u00e7a jusqu\u2019au r\u00e9sultat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peu de temps avant No\u00ebl 2017, la lettre lib\u00e9ratrice est arriv\u00e9e. J\u2019avais r\u00e9ussi l\u2019EP. Mais une chose me manquait encore : le cinqui\u00e8me cadre n\u2019\u00e9tait pas encore \u00e0 sa place. Cela s\u2019est seulement fait le 30 mai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De nouveau libre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant toute la p\u00e9riode de l\u2019EP, je me sentais comme au ralenti, car ma vie ne consistait plus qu\u2019en travail, \u00e9cole, apprentissage et besoins fondamentaux. Je n\u2019avais pas le temps pour autre chose. Pour cette raison j\u2019avais l\u2019impression que la vie passait \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de moi.
