Dans le nouvel article de la s\u00e9rie de \u00ab panissimo \u00bb, elle r\u00e9pond \u00e0 la question \u00ab Comment \u00e9tonner ses clients ? \u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec une coupe profonde, fra\u00eechement cousue et le tendon de mon petit doigt presque sectionn\u00e9, j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 forc\u00e9e par mon chef et partenaire de vie \u00e0 passer au travail de bureau! Ce petit accident dans la boulangerie date d\u2019il y a quatre ans. C\u2019\u00e9tait juste avant P\u00e2ques. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 le d\u00e9but de mon activit\u00e9 en tant que responsable de vente et g\u00e9rante adjointe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai toujours effectu\u00e9 mon m\u00e9tier dans la boulangerie avec ambition et passion. Le travail en \u00e9quipe et la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 incroyable de nos produits m\u2019ont depuis toujours fascin\u00e9e et motiv\u00e9e. Puis, une fois assise au bureau avec ma main bless\u00e9e et en r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 un appel apr\u00e8s l\u2019autre, j\u2019ai r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 relever ce nouveau d\u00e9fi de mani\u00e8re combative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les comp\u00e9tences personnelles et le savoir technique dans mon domaine de travail me sont tr\u00e8s importants. A l\u2019\u00e9cole professionnelle Richemont, j\u2019ai pu acqu\u00e9rir les connaissances requises avec le cursus de sp\u00e9cialiste de branche pour mes t\u00e2ches actuelles. La soif de connaissance, la discipline, un employeur majeur ainsi qu\u2019une fabuleuse \u00e9quipe m\u2019ont motiv\u00e9e \u00e0 suivre et \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser cette formation malgr\u00e9 la reconversion et peu d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans la vente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, mon quotidien est vari\u00e9 et marqu\u00e9 par la recherche du progr\u00e8s. Avec notre \u00e9quipe nous saisissons les occasions en tant que magasin sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans une branche qui se transforme constamment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous sommes \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019unicit\u00e9, racontons les histoires de nos produits et d\u00e9veloppons assid\u00fbment de nouvelles id\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons lanc\u00e9 une telle id\u00e9e l\u2019automne dernier en plantant une c\u00e9r\u00e9ale ancestrale avec un partenaire r\u00e9gional. Nous esp\u00e9rons avoir une bonne r\u00e9colte avec un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice correspondant. Un petit moulin du village voisin moudra la c\u00e9r\u00e9ale ancestrale et la transformera en farine afin que nous puissions l\u2019utiliser pour la fabrication de pain au sein de notre boulangerie. L\u2019entretien de cette c\u00e9r\u00e9ale et le traitement ult\u00e9rieur exigeront le savoir-faire et le doigt\u00e9 de toutes les parties. Ma t\u00e2che est de raconter d\u00e8s aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 nos clients que notre assortiment de pain du soir s\u2019accroitra cet automne.
