Le pain a perdu son propre r\u00f4le central et existentiel. Entre-temps, l\u2019accompagnement, le fameux \u00ab\u2009companatico\u2009\u00bb, s\u2019est tellement multipli\u00e9 et \u00e9toff\u00e9 que le pain a \u00e9t\u00e9 confin\u00e9 dans un coin. Par cons\u00e9quent, nous vivons l\u2019\u00e8re du carrousel du \u00ab\u2009superfood\u2009\u00bb avec toujours de nouvelles d\u00e9couvertes y compris leurs \u00e9loges miraculeux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Source de plaisir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors l\u2019avenir du pain se trouve peut-\u00eatre dans la reconqu\u00eate du centre stable du carrousel. Cependant, le pain doit en m\u00eame temps s\u2019adapter aux styles de consommation et de vie modifi\u00e9s. Il ne doit plus simplement rassasier, mais il doit aussi \u00eatre source de plaisir, d\u2019authenticit\u00e9 et de nutriments de tr\u00e8s haute qualit\u00e9 et bien \u00e9videmment se faire compl\u00e9ter avec d\u2019autres \u00ab\u2009companatici\u2009\u00bb contemporains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beatrice Baumer est n\u00e9e au Tessin.
