Je suis tr\u00e8s heureux de pouvoir motiver des jeunes professionnels ou inciter des \u00e9coliers \u00e0 entreprendre un apprentissage de boulanger-confiseur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi les concours nationaux et internationaux sont-ils importants\u2009?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les concours montrent notre m\u00e9tier sous son meilleur angle et ils constituent une excellente publicit\u00e9 au niveau national et international. De jeunes professionnels peuvent y d\u00e9montrer leurs comp\u00e9tences et leur excellence, les comp\u00e9titions \u00e9tant un bon tremplin pour leur carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vous avez gagn\u00e9 la m\u00e9daille d\u2019or en boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie lors des SwissSkills 2017 \u00e0 Lucerne.
