Plus de cent personnes ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la remise des brevets \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole Richemont \u00e0 Lucerne.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Production Romandie<br>Le secteur compte quatre nouvelles sp\u00e9cialistes des branches de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie et 21 chefs boulangers-p\u00e2tissiers-confiseurs. Le commerce de d\u00e9tail et la production ont suivi ensemble les le\u00e7ons des modules de gestion du personnel, d\u2019entreprise et organisationnelle. Cela a favoris\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9change et la compr\u00e9hension entre les uns et les autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-ecole-de-vie\">Une \u00e9cole de vie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Laura Schl\u00e4pfer, commerce de d\u00e9tail, et Olivia Abrach, production, ont obtenu la meilleure note: 5,2. Interrog\u00e9e sur cette formation continue, Mme Schl\u00e4pfer a r\u00e9pondu : \u00ab C\u2019est une exp\u00e9rience pour toute la vie, une \u00e9cole de vie qui m\u2019a fait m\u00fbrir et avancer. Quant \u00e0 Mme Abrach, elle explique : \u00ab Je comprends \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent la mati\u00e8re beaucoup plus en profondeur qu\u2019auparavant. Je peux reconna\u00eetre les erreurs \u00e0 temps et je sais comment les corriger. Je suis de plus en plus sollicit\u00e9e pour mes conseils. Cela me donne confiance en moi. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019artiste de rap et de hip-hop Melo a accompagn\u00e9 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise des brevets, l\u2019ap\u00e9ritif, le d\u00eener de gala et son buffet de dessert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prochaine session : d\u00e9marrage en avril<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les cours pour la prochaine session de l\u2019examen professionnel d\u00e9buteront en avril, en Suisse romande. Une s\u00e9ance d\u2019information est pr\u00e9vue le 9 novembre. Une session pour le dipl\u00f4me f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, la ma\u00eetrise, est \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude.
