Il en a \u00e9t\u00e9 autrement.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la suite de ma victoire au WorldSkills 2017, je me suis retrouv\u00e9e \u00e0 devoir r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 beaucoup de sollicitations, des m\u00e9dias dans un premier temps. Des organisateurs m\u2019ont propos\u00e9 de participer \u00e0 leurs \u00e9v\u00e9nements, dans un second temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-future-of-urban-life\">\u00abThe Future of Urban Life\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br><a href=\"http:\/\/sjf.ch\/international-swiss-talent-forum\/istf-2018\/?lang=fr\">L\u2019International Swiss Talent Forum 2018 (ISTF 2018)<\/a>, a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019un de ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un forum de quatre jours, organis\u00e9 par la fondation \u00abLa science appelle les jeunes\u00bb. Durant celui-ci, des \u00e9tudiants travaillent en groupes afin d&#8217;\u00e9laborer des solutions ou des approches sur des probl\u00e9matiques en lien avec un th\u00e8me global impos\u00e9. Cette ann\u00e9e, la th\u00e9matique \u00e9tait \u00abthe Future of Urban Life\u00bb. La probl\u00e9matique du groupe dans lequel j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e9tait \u00abSmart Home\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ouvert pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 des non-\u00e9tudiants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>J\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9e \u00e0 participer avec deux autres membres de mon \u00e9quipe des WorldSkills. Cette ann\u00e9e, les organisateurs avaient d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9largir la participation en l\u2019ouvrant aussi \u00e0 des apprentis. C\u2019est l\u00e0 que nous entrions en sc\u00e8ne. Lorsque j\u2019ai re\u00e7u l\u2019invitation, je n\u2019avais aucune id\u00e9e pr\u00e9cise de ce dont il s\u2019agissait, ne serait-ce que du fait que je ne suis pas \u00e9tudiante. Du coup, je n\u2019ai pas non plus trop pr\u00e9par\u00e9 ma participation. J\u2019ai choisi de laisser venir les choses \u00e0 moi.<br>Le jour J, nous sommes partis pour Thoune, o\u00f9 devait se d\u00e9rouler l\u2019ISTF. Tout ce que je savais, c\u2019est que tout se passerait en anglais ; \u00e9v\u00e9nement international oblige. Ce qui ne m\u2019a pas sembl\u00e9 \u00eatre un probl\u00e8me \u00e0 premi\u00e8re vue, car j\u2019estimais avoir un bon niveau en anglais. Apr\u00e8s l&#8217;accueil officiel, nous sommes imm\u00e9diatement entr\u00e9s dans le vif du sujet avec un premier expos\u00e9\u2026 Et c\u2019est l\u00e0 que j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert que si je ma\u00eetrisais l\u2019anglais du monde de la boulangerie, il me serait inutile dans ce nouveau contexte!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beaucoup de th\u00e9orie, peu de pratique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Pas grave, me suis-je dit\u2026 Mon niveau me permettait bien de discuter avec les \u00e9tudiants. Les deux jours suivants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9s \u00e0 nous former sur notre probl\u00e9matique\u2026 Nous avons discut\u00e9 (beaucoup!) et cr\u00e9\u00e9 une pr\u00e9sentation commune. Pour moi, qui suis plut\u00f4t ancr\u00e9e dans la pratique, cela faisait beaucoup &#8211; trop &#8211; de discussions et trop peu d\u2019action. Malgr\u00e9 cela, nous sommes parvenus \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une pr\u00e9sentation et une solution d\u00e9montrable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Approches diff\u00e9rentes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Je ne vous ennuierai pas avec les d\u00e9tails ; d\u2019autant que je n\u2019ai pas pu contribuer beaucoup \u00e0 notre th\u00e8me de travail. Malgr\u00e9 cela, je dois dire que j\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 ces quatre jours tr\u00e8s enthousiasmants! J&#8217;ai notamment d\u00e9couvert combien les \u00e9tudiants et les apprentis r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissent diff\u00e9remment.
