Le congr\u00e8s est l\u2019organe supr\u00eame selon les statuts\u2009; il a lieu une fois par ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grand Prix des artisans boulangers-confiseurs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une manifestation vari\u00e9e et instructive vous attend cette ann\u00e9e. La BCS organise en effet la veille au soir du congr\u00e8s le premier Grand Prix des artisans boulangers-confiseurs. L\u2019objectif est d\u2019instaurer un rendez-vous sectoriel permettant aux entreprises de nouer des contacts et de s\u2019inspirer de partenaires sectoriels\u2009; moyennant des \u00e9changes et la pr\u00e9sentation des entreprises s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es dans le cadre de la remise de la couronne boulang\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Premi\u00e8re et match de foot<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019attribution du titre d\u2019Ambassadeur du pain et du chocolat et la remise de la couronne boulang\u00e8re visent \u00e9galement \u00e0 obtenir un impact communicationnel important en dehors de notre secteur. Et vous ne manquerez pas le match Suisse \u2013 Br\u00e9sil puisqu\u2019il sera retransmis sur grand \u00e9cran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-election-et-intervention\">Election et intervention<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les affaires statutaires et une excellente intervention agr\u00e9menteront le 133e congr\u00e8s. Andr\u00e9 L\u00fcthi, pr\u00e9sident du conseil d\u2019administration de Globetrotter Travel Service et CEO de Holding Globetrotter Group, reviendra en effet sur sa carri\u00e8re professionnelle dans le cadre d\u2019une intervention intitul\u00e9e \u00ab\u2009De boulanger-confiseur \u00e0 voyagiste prosp\u00e8re\u2009\u00bb. Une \u00e9lection de remplacement pour le vice-pr\u00e9sident sortant Bruno Ghilardi, une adaptation des statuts, et des informations sur la strat\u00e9gie future de l\u2019association seront \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour de la partie statutaire.
