Apparemment, la BCS n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 la seule \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre que cette mesure est difficile \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre; le Pr\u00e9pos\u00e9 f\u00e9d\u00e9ral \u00e0 la protection des donn\u00e9es Adrian Lobsiger et la Zurichoise Carmen Walker Sp\u00e4h, Directrice de l\u2019\u00e9conomie, entre autres, sont du m\u00eame avis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les concepts de protection sont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9s<\/strong><br>Les concepts de protection de la restauration, de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie \/caf\u00e9 et du gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral sur<a href=\"https:\/\/service.swissbaker.ch\/sbcpub\/fr\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;la plate-forme MSST de la BCS<\/a>&nbsp;ont \u00e9t\u00e9 adapt\u00e9s en raison de la nouvelle d\u00e9cision pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e aujourd&#8217;hui. Elle a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 l&#8217;une des premi\u00e8res &#8211; si ce n&#8217;est la premi\u00e8re &#8211; associations\/organisations \u00e0 proposer un concept d&#8217;hygi\u00e8ne et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9prouv\u00e9 et convaincant. Apr\u00e8s le Shutwown, des adaptations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9es en permanence et des informations actualis\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fournies de mani\u00e8re intensive sur les diff\u00e9rentes plateformes de communication de la BCS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A fait ses preuves pendant la crise du coronavirus<\/strong>Notre approche a fait ses preuves: d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, nous avons veill\u00e9 \u00e0 respecter les r\u00e8gles d&#8217;hygi\u00e8ne et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. La BCS n&#8217;a connaissance d&#8217;aucun cas dans notre branche o\u00f9 une entreprise aurait d\u00fb fermer \u00e0 cause d&#8217;une contamination au coronavirus d\u2019un collaborateur. En bref, les boulangers-confiseurs suisses ont fait leurs preuves pendant la crise du coronavirus et ont montr\u00e9 qu&#8217;ils \u00e9taient \u00abr\u00e9sistants\u00bb. Le concept de protection des boulangers-confiseurs suisses fonctionne. Il est simple, clair, raisonnable et compr\u00e9hensible et peut \u00eatre mis en \u0153uvre avec succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La demande des boulangers-confiseurs suisses<br>Qu&#8217;est-ce qui est valable? Qu&#8217;est-ce qui n&#8217;est pas (plus) valable? \u00c0 partir de lundi, le nouveau concept de protection pour la restauration s&#8217;appliquera. L&#8217;exp\u00e9rience de ces huit derni\u00e8res semaines nous a montr\u00e9 que les contr\u00f4les du respect des r\u00e9glementations sont trait\u00e9s diff\u00e9remment selon les cantons, et dans certains cas, que des parties du concept de protection de la branche \u00e9taient m\u00eame remis en question.
