En f\u00e9vrier, elle et son \u00e9quipe ont remport\u00e9 les Olympiades culinaires \u00e0 Stuttgart (D).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2018, j\u2019ai termin\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s mon apprentissage de cuisini\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital Emmental. D\u00e9j\u00e0 pendant ma formation, j\u2019ai particip\u00e9 \u00e0 divers concours.<br>Pendant les trois ann\u00e9es de mon apprentissage, je m\u2019int\u00e9ressais beaucoup \u00e0 la p\u00e2tisserie. Il \u00e9tait donc clair pour moi que je souhaitais suivre une deuxi\u00e8me formation de p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re-confiseuse. Je suis sur le point de passer mon examen final pratique. Il aura lieu chez Chrigubeck \u00e0 Berthoud (BE), mon entreprise de formation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-premieres-experiences\">Premi\u00e8res exp\u00e9riences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma s\u0153ur jumelle, qui a \u00e9galement une formation de p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re-confiseuse, a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9, comme moi, fascin\u00e9e par les concours internationaux. Par le biais d\u2019une coll\u00e8gue de travail, elle a eu la chance de rejoindre l\u2019\u00e9quipe du Cercle des chefs de cuisine de Lucerne. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ma s\u0153ur, j\u2019ai pu participer \u00e0 un essai et j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 accept\u00e9e dans l\u2019\u00e9quipe. Chaque entra\u00eenement nous a permis de nous am\u00e9liorer. Notre chef d\u2019\u00e9quipe, Marco Steiner, contribue grandement \u00e0 notre succ\u00e8s, car il nous a toujours encourag\u00e9es \u00e0 continuer. Nous avons pu vivre notre premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience de comp\u00e9tition en novembre\u202f2018, lors du Championnat du monde. Nous sommes devenues vice-champions du monde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-avec-grande-motivation\">Avec grande motivation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec deux nouveaux membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe dans la p\u00e2tisserie, nous \u00e9tions particuli\u00e8rement motiv\u00e9es pour continuer nos pr\u00e9paratifs en vue des Olympiades de 2020.<br>Apr\u00e8s quatre jours de pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 Lucerne, nous avons d\u00fb proc\u00e9der au transport de diverses pi\u00e8ces dont la r\u00e9alisation avait demand\u00e9 beaucoup de temps. Nous \u00e9tions soulag\u00e9es lorsque tout est arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 Stuttgart sans subir de dommages. Apr\u00e8s le d\u00eener, nous avons encore revu les derniers d\u00e9tails et pr\u00e9par\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rentes assiettes.<br>A 2\u2009h\u200930 du matin, l\u2019\u00e9quipe de base a continu\u00e9 sur le lieu du salon. Ils avaient environ deux heures pour tout pr\u00e9parer et pr\u00e9senter sur la table. A 7 heures du matin, c\u2019\u00e9tait termin\u00e9. Le jury a commenc\u00e9 son travail. A l\u2019ouverture du salon, le \u00ab\u2009fan-car\u2009\u00bb est arriv\u00e9 de Lucerne et nous avons pu fi\u00e8rement pr\u00e9senter notre table \u00e0 nos fans et \u00e0 nos proches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-efforts-portent-leurs-fruits\">Les efforts portent leurs fruits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi, nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9es de nos efforts\u2009: avec une m\u00e9daille d\u2019or pour notre table. Cela ne signifie pas encore une victoire olympique. Cette derni\u00e8re est arriv\u00e9e lors de l\u2019annonce finale des r\u00e9sultats, le lendemain. Au cours de ces quatre jours, sept \u00e9quipes de la cat\u00e9gorie des \u00e9quipes r\u00e9gionales ont remport\u00e9 une m\u00e9daille d\u2019or\u2009; dont deux \u00e9quipes suisses, des Bernois et nous. La joie a \u00e9t\u00e9 immense lorsque nous avons \u00e9galement remport\u00e9 la victoire olympique. Pour la premi\u00e8re fois depuis 14 ans, nous \u00e9tions sur la plus haute marche du podium.
