Les derni\u00e8res semaines ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s ardues\u2009; une grande partie des ressources ont \u00e9t\u00e9 investies dans la r\u00e9organisation des cours, ce qui n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 facile \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 la situation en constante \u00e9volution.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Richemont a bien d\u00e9but\u00e9 l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2020. Les cours \u2013 formateur\/formatrice, conduite du personnel (niveau 1 et 2) et cours de dipl\u00f4me en boulangerie, p\u00e2tisserie, confiserie et commerce de d\u00e9tail \u2013 \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s pris\u00e9s. Les cours interentreprises dans la production et le commerce de d\u00e9tail battaient leur plein, tout comme le module des connaissances professionnelles du cours de pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 l\u2019examen professionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fermeture des \u00e9coles est ensuite intervenue \u00e0 la mi-mars en raison du coronavirus\u2009; une situation exceptionnelle sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent pour tous\u2009! Apr\u00e8s une pause forc\u00e9e de 11 semaines, l\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont va d\u00e9sormais retrouver une forme de normalit\u00e9 le 8\u202fjuin 2020. L\u2019enseignement pr\u00e9sentiel reprendra conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions du Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral.<br>L\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont est pr\u00eate pour l\u2019apr\u00e8s-coronavirus, elle a r\u00e9organis\u00e9 les cours pour la Suisse romande et la Suisse allemande\u2009:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tous les cours commenc\u00e9s et r\u00e9serv\u00e9s auront lieu au d\u00e9but, de m\u00eame que les cours interentreprises, pour que les participantes et participants puissent terminer leur formation avec succ\u00e8s.<\/li><li>Des cours en ligne ont \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans l\u2019enseignement en mati\u00e8re de conduite du personnel\u2009: la journ\u00e9e se d\u00e9roule comme pr\u00e9vu gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Microsoft Teams \u2013 simplement via internet.<\/li><li>La reprise \u00e0 plein r\u00e9gime est pr\u00e9vue d\u00e8s le 15\u202fjuin 2020. Vous trouverez sur notre site internet (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.richemont.swiss\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.richemont.swiss<\/a>) une description d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de tous les cours pr\u00e9vus \u2013 l\u2019inscription en ligne \u00e9tant possible d\u00e8s maintenant.<\/li><li>Lors de la replanification, nous avons \u00e9galement d\u00fb reporter dans l\u2019avenir diff\u00e9rentes dates planifi\u00e9es en raison de conflits de ressources.<\/li><li>Certains cours journaliers qui auraient d\u00fb avoir lieu pendant la fermeture de l\u2019\u00e9cole doivent \u00eatre report\u00e9s \u00e0 2021 pour des raisons de capacit\u00e9.<\/li><li>Nous allons contacter toutes les personnes d\u00e9j\u00e0 inscrites.<\/li><li>Nous nous pr\u00e9parons \u00e9galement \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre des prescriptions en vigueur en mati\u00e8re d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne, et travaillons \u00e0 une nouvelle organisation spatiale en vue de garantir la distance minimale dans les salles de formation.
