Les membres de la BCS peuvent \u00e9mettre leur avis dans un sondage en ligne. La commission de la formation initiale prendra en compte ces avis, les centralisera et les transmettra \u00e0 la Formation du commerce de d\u00e9tail Suisse (FCS).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s\u2019agit de la derni\u00e8re consultation interne FCS. Elle regroupe les r\u00e9sultats \u00e9labor\u00e9s soigneusement durant les trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es et doit assurer que les bases l\u00e9gales pour les gestionnaires (CFC) et assistant-e-s (AFP) du commerce de d\u00e9tail trouvent un large soutien aupr\u00e8s des entreprises et des branches de formation et d\u2019examen. La consultation comporte les nouvelles ordonnances de formation ainsi que les plans de formation de nos formations initiales de CFC et d\u2019AFP d\u00e8s 2022. Ces documents ont \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9s par l\u2019\u00e9quipe centrale vente 2022+, la commission pour le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel et la qualit\u00e9 ainsi que par le comit\u00e9 directeur de FCS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-historique\">Historique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les formations initiales mises sur pied dans le commerce de d\u00e9tail remontent \u00e0 l&#8217;ann\u00e9e 2004. Deux examens quinquennaux leur ont apport\u00e9 des adaptations mineures. En 2022, ces formations n&#8217;auront donc pratiquement pas \u00e9volu\u00e9 depuis 18 ans. Or, les transformations que connait notre branche (comportement de la client\u00e8le, nouvelles technologies, besoins des entreprises, etc.) exigent une refonte en profondeur de nos enseignements. Nous nous y attelons dans le cadre du Projet vente 2022+, plac\u00e9 sous la direction de FCS, qui est l&#8217;organisation du monde du travail comp\u00e9tente pour les professions du commerce de d\u00e9tail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les documents principaux de cette consultation sont les plans de formation concernant nos formations initiales de CFC et AFP en boulangerie, p\u00e2tisserie et confiserie. Ces plans de formation sont bas\u00e9s sur les situations de travail et les facteurs critiques de succ\u00e8s \u00e9labor\u00e9s en 2017 lors de workshops avec les repr\u00e9sentants d\u2019entreprises de toutes branches et groupes de branches. Ils ont largement \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9s en ligne et soumis, dans le cadre d\u2019une premi\u00e8re consultation FCS interne, pour prise de position \u00e0 tous les membres FCS ainsi qu\u2019aux branches de formation et d\u2019examen. Ils ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 revus sur la base des r\u00e9ponses re\u00e7ues. Les objectifs \u00e9valuateurs d\u2019entreprise ont par la suite \u00e9t\u00e9 formul\u00e9s par un groupe de travail compos\u00e9 de repr\u00e9sentants d\u2019entreprise, sur la base de ces situations de travail consolid\u00e9es. Ces objectifs \u00e9valuateurs d\u2019entreprise ont constitu\u00e9 la base pour l\u2019\u00e9laboration des objectifs \u00e9valuateurs des cours interentreprises ainsi que scolaires. Un concept CI, PQual ainsi qu\u2019un syst\u00e8me de planification pour les \u00e9coles professionnelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9s en parall\u00e8le. Tous les travaux et leurs r\u00e9sultats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accompagn\u00e9s, discut\u00e9s et adopt\u00e9s par l\u2019\u00e9quipe centrale, la commission pour le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel et la qualit\u00e9 ainsi que par le comit\u00e9 directeur de FCS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, le cadre formel du SEFRI a d\u00fb \u00eatre respect\u00e9 pour formuler les plans de formation et de bonnes solutions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9es pour g\u00e9rer la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de nos branches en joignant au plan de formation intersectoriel un catalogue s\u00e9par\u00e9 des objectifs d\u2019apprentissage par F+E comme outil de mise en \u0153uvre en annexe 1 \u2013 selon Richemont.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forme-ton-avenir.ch\/fr\/news-fr\/128-vernehmlassungdh2022-fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sondage&#8230;\u00bb<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swissbaker.ch\/inhalte\/02_news\/2020\/mai\/Info_Consultation_Vente_2022_.pdf\">Lettre d&#8217;information<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La consultation pour la Vente 2022+ dure du 13 mai au 5 juin.
