Le d\u00e9lai de transition a donc pris fin.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-specialites-non-certifiees-non-admises\">Sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s non certifi\u00e9es, non admises<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le canton compte 44 entreprises certifi\u00e9es qui produisent la brioche safran\u00e9e estampill\u00e9e AOP. La certification reste \u00e9videmment ouverte \u00e0 d\u2019autres producteurs. Les cuchaules non certifi\u00e9es ne sont en revanche plus admises sur le march\u00e9.
