C\u2019est ce qu\u2019a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 le comit\u00e9 central lors de sa derni\u00e8re assembl\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abNous esp\u00e9rons pouvoir soutenir de mani\u00e8re constructive l\u2019Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs (BCS) dans la r\u00e9alisation de la FBK sous sa nouvelle forme \u00e9largie \u00bb, ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019UPSV Ivo Bischofberger et le directeur Ruedi Hadorn. L\u2019association fera partie du patronage de la future foire professionnelle. Le pr\u00e9sident de la BCS Silvan Hotz et son directeur Urs Wellauer se r\u00e9jouissent de cet engagement et envisagent l\u2019avenir avec confiance : \u00ab Avec cette d\u00e9cision, une \u00e9tape importante a \u00e9t\u00e9 franchie.
