Le temps d\u2019une journ\u00e9e, les pr\u00e9sidents cantonaux et les membres des commissions ont planch\u00e9 sur le futur de la Romande.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Association romande des artisans boulangers-p\u00e2tissiers-confiseurs (Arabpc) a tenu son s\u00e9minaire \u00e0 Bevaix (NE). Le temps d\u2019une journ\u00e9e, les pr\u00e9sidents cantonaux et les membres des commissions ont planch\u00e9 sur le futur de la Romande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les participants au s\u00e9minaire de l\u2019Arabpc se sont retrouv\u00e9s \u00e0 La Rouvraie \u00e0 Bevaix, le 23\u202favril. Hormis les pr\u00e9sidents cantonaux, les responsables et les membres des diff\u00e9rentes commissions, plusieurs repr\u00e9sentants de la BCS ont fait le d\u00e9placement pour cette journ\u00e9e\u2009: Claudia Vernocchi, vice-directrice, Silvan Hotz, pr\u00e9sident, Peter Signer, membre du CD et responsable de la formation, et Markus Zimmerli, de Richemont.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la suite de diverses informations g\u00e9n\u00e9rales, les participants se sont r\u00e9unis par commission. Ils ont ensuite pris part \u00e0 une pr\u00e9sentation du projet \u00ab\u2009Reload\u2009\u00bb de la BCS ainsi qu\u2019au repas, avant de poursuivre leurs travaux l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi. Au terme de la journ\u00e9e, chaque responsable a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une synth\u00e8se des r\u00e9flexions men\u00e9es en groupe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vente\">Vente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tr\u00e8s positif, l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi des dames actives sera reconduit en 2019. L\u2019objectif est de partager un moment convivial entre professionnelles afin de resserrer les liens. Des r\u00e9flexions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es sur le fonctionnement de la commission qui compte trois dames. Le manque de rel\u00e8ve proviendrait \u00e9galement d\u2019un manque de reconnaissance de la branche, selon Marie Perriard. La commission souhaite mettre en place un programme de promotion dans les cantonales afin de faire comprendre le c\u00f4t\u00e9 essentiel de la vente. Autre projet \u00e9tudi\u00e9, montrer au travers \u00e0 la client\u00e8le d\u2019un support que derri\u00e8re chaque produit se cache un artisan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Marketing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La quinzaine saine sera mise de c\u00f4t\u00e9, faute d\u2019impact. La commission projette de r\u00e9aliser de nouveaux films, afin de contrer une r\u00e9cente campagne d\u2019un grand distributeur. Sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux, des clips promotionnels pour des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s cantonales et des concours de selfies sont aussi envisag\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Formation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les membres ont travaill\u00e9 sur l\u2019organisation des examens, bilan du concours des jeunes qui s\u2019est tenu \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve et pr\u00e9paration de celui de Bulle. Des intervenants ont ensuite abord\u00e9 deux th\u00e8mes. Le premier concernait l\u2019AFP. La formation en deux ans peine \u00e0 d\u00e9marrer en Suisse romande. La seconde avait pour sujet la formation en r\u00e9seau d\u2019entreprise qui devrait d\u00e9buter \u00e0 la rentr\u00e9e dans le canton de Vaud. Ce syst\u00e8me offre la possibilit\u00e9 de faire les trois ann\u00e9es d\u2019apprentissage dans deux ou trois entreprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Promotion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les Chevaliers du bon pain ont principalement organis\u00e9 le prochain chapitre d\u2019intronisation du 19\u202fao\u00fbt \u00e0 la F\u00eate du bl\u00e9 et du pain \u00e0 Echallens. Il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 question de la participation de leurs membres au Swiss Bakery Trophy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9sidents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant la matin\u00e9e, les pr\u00e9sidents cantonaux ont suivi la pr\u00e9sentation d\u2019une possible int\u00e9gration au label \u00ab\u2009fait maison.\u2009\u00bb Les avis sont partag\u00e9s. \u00ab\u2009Une demande pr\u00e9alable d\u2019\u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite afin d\u2019\u00e9tudier le projet et voir si des int\u00e9r\u00eats existent pour les boulangers \u00e0 monter dans le train\u2009\u00bb, a expliqu\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Arabpc Didier Ecoffey. Le genevois Eric Emery et le vaudois St\u00e9phane Mercuri suivront l\u2019avanc\u00e9e du projet. L\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi a \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9 notamment au nouvel immeuble de l\u2019Arabpc ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 la convention collective de travail (CCT). Concernant cette derni\u00e8re, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9e au Secr\u00e9tariat d\u2019Etat \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9conomie. Sa r\u00e9ponse est attendue afin de pouvoir \u00eatre sign\u00e9e au 1er\u202fjanvier 2019.
