Elle est situ\u00e9e dans une commune de 2000 habitants \u00e0 environ 200\u202fkm au sud de Paris. Le boulanger fran\u00e7ais a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 3000 euros d\u2019amende. Durant la haute saison touristique, juillet et ao\u00fbt, il a ouvert son commerce sept jours sur sept. Il a enfreint la loi en vigueur dans le d\u00e9partement de l\u2019Aube, qui exige la fermeture d\u2019un commerce un jour par semaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans sa petite boulangerie pour joindre les deux bouts durant toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e, le boulanger C\u00e9dric Vaivre aid\u00e9 de son \u00e9pouse produit ses baguettes au moment o\u00f9 il y a des touristes. Pour la plupart, il s\u2019agit de familles parisiennes qui aiment se rendre \u00e0 la campagne les week-ends.
