Elle \u00e9tait alors en deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e d\u2019apprentissage dans la confiserie. La surprise et la joie ont \u00e9t\u00e9 immenses lorsque le Liechtensteinois de 43 ans a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 ma\u00eetre d\u2019apprentissage de l\u2019ann\u00e9e dans la branche. \u00ab\u2009Cette victoire est un important signe pour toute l\u2019\u00e9quipe. Toutefois, cet homme d\u2019exp\u00e9rience est convaincu qu\u2019il y aura de nouveau des int\u00e9ress\u00e9s l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Les apprentis sont les graines de notre avenir. Ils doivent \u00eatre pris en charge, prot\u00e9g\u00e9s et guid\u00e9s tout au long de la p\u00e9riode de formation.\u2009\u00bb<br><br>Il se met imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 parler de ce \u00ab\u2009merveilleux m\u00e9tier dans un environnement tellement formidable\u2009\u00bb. Non, la situation est tout sauf dramatique, explique-t-il avec assurance. Pratiquement tous les m\u00e9tiers artisanaux sont touch\u00e9s par le manque de rel\u00e8ve. Le probl\u00e8me se situe au niveau politique. Le syst\u00e8me dual de formation, qui a servi de base \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9conomie suisse au cours des huitante derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es et dont nous \u00e9tions fiers, est de plus en plus affaibli. L\u2019examen de la maturit\u00e9 est de plus en plus exig\u00e9 pour exercer une profession. \u00ab\u2009A mon avis, il serait pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de miser sur le syst\u00e8me dual de formation\u2009\u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9, en appelant aux autorit\u00e9s et aux politiciens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-estimer-le-travail-des-apprentis\">Estimer le travail des apprentis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u2019est-ce qui fait une bonne entreprise de formation\u2009? a voulu savoir \u00ab\u2009panissimo\u2009\u00bb du Porteur d\u2019avenir actuel. \u00ab\u2009Les apprentis doivent sentir qu\u2019ils font partie de l\u2019\u00e9quipe, qu\u2019ils sont pris au s\u00e9rieux. Pourquoi ne pas dire merci de temps \u00e0 autre\u2009? C\u2019est important\u2009\u00bb. Chaque formateur doit \u00eatre conscient qu\u2019il partage la responsabilit\u00e9 et fa\u00e7onne la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration afin que les jeunes restent fid\u00e8les \u00e0 la branche m\u00eame apr\u00e8s la fin de leur formation. C\u2019est l\u2019image de la branche qui est en jeu. D\u2019o\u00f9 le souhait de l\u2019artisan\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Les apprentis doivent \u00eatre per\u00e7us comme l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment le plus important. Ils sont les graines de notre avenir. Parce qu\u2019il est toujours disponible et fait preuve d\u2019un grand engagement.\u2009\u00bb<br>Lorsqu\u2019il embauche des jeunes, Richard Wanger accorde une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019amabilit\u00e9, \u00e0 la motivation et \u00e0 l\u2019humanit\u00e9. Les r\u00e9sultats scolaires ne sont pas la chose la plus importante, sans pour autant \u00eatre sous-estim\u00e9s. Autre point d\u00e9cisif\u2009: les parents. \u00ab\u2009Je n\u2019ai jamais engag\u00e9 quelqu\u2019un sans conna\u00eetre ses parents.\u2009\u00bb L\u2019interaction du trio apprenti \u2013 parents \u2013 exploitation de formation doit fonctionner pour que l\u2019apprentissage puisse \u00eatre suivi de mani\u00e8re positive. Lorsqu\u2019on lui demande ce qui a chang\u00e9 au cours des 10 \u00e0 15 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, il r\u00e9pond\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Il faut accorder plus d\u2019attention aux jeunes.\u2009\u00bb Le Porteur d\u2019avenir souhaite continuer de travailler avec eux\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Il n\u2019y a rien de plus beau que de pouvoir transmettre sa propre passion\u2009!\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009C\u2019est un m\u00e9tier de r\u00eave, tellement cr\u00e9atif\u2009!
