C\u2019est bien plus que cela.\u00bb La cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 est surtout un des aspects les plus importants qui encourage Angela Bissegger sans rel\u00e2che. Exp\u00e9rimenter de nouvelles m\u00e9thodes est quelque chose qui fait de son m\u00e9tier un des plus beaux au monde.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9couvrir de nouveaux ar\u00f4mes, composants, couleurs et formes, et ex\u00e9cuter des souhaits particuliers de clients \u00e9vitent que je retombe dans des anciens sch\u00e9mas. Ils rendent mon quotidien captivant. Le travail cr\u00e9atif repr\u00e9sente une excellente forme d\u2019apprentissage, car il est rare que de nouveaux produits r\u00e9ussissent du premier coup. Des erreurs sont souvent commises en d\u00e9veloppant des cr\u00e9ations. Il suffit de les analyser afin de se rapprocher de la perfection. C\u2019est ainsi que j\u2019ai beaucoup appris sur les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et les processus de production des divers produits que je peux utiliser au quotidien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-suivre-ses-inspirations\">Suivre ses inspirations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le fait de r\u00e9aliser ses propres id\u00e9es \u00e9tait une des plus belles choses lors des pr\u00e9paratifs. Peu importe l\u2019absurdit\u00e9 des id\u00e9es, des heures pass\u00e9es \u00e0 tester et des nuits que j\u2019ai laiss\u00e9es filer. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 un beau sentiment de voir le produit final et de pouvoir le pr\u00e9senter par la suite. Cela me stimule toujours de suivre mes inspirations au quotidien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avoir le courage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, il ne faut pas toujours un grand projet ou le lancement d\u2019un nouveau produit. Parfois c\u2019est aussi juste quelque chose de tout simple qui me vient \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e en fabriquant un nouveau produit. Simplement un autre d\u00e9cor d\u2019une praline ou une autre technique de coupe d\u2019un pain sp\u00e9cial peuvent d\u00e9j\u00e0 entra\u00eener quelque chose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 se trouve dans chacun d\u2019entre nous, nous devons juste avoir le courage de la suivre. Cela en vaut la peine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00catre toujours motiv\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi je ne m\u2019ennuie jamais au travail. Je reste toujours motiv\u00e9e. Il en est de m\u00eame pour les produits que je fabrique depuis mon premier jour d\u2019apprentissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toute cela nous diff\u00e9rencie aussi du commerce en gros. Par notre travail manuel et notre cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 spontan\u00e9e, nous pouvons proposer des produits extraordinaires \u00e0 nos clients, et cela tous les jours.
