Le th\u00e8me de la sant\u00e9 s\u2019inscrit dans le contexte de la situation actuelle provoqu\u00e9e par la crise du coronavirus.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le fait que le deuxi\u00e8me rapport de tendances soit consacr\u00e9 au th\u00e8me de la sant\u00e9 \u00e9tait \u00e9vident, m\u00eame avant que les premiers signes du Covid-19 et de la crise mondiale qui l\u2019accompagne ne se manifestent. C\u2019est pourquoi, en plus des grandes tendances \u00e9tudi\u00e9es, les effets de la crise du coronavirus ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9s dans une partie sp\u00e9ciale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019accent est mis sur l\u2019alimentation et la sant\u00e9 et contient de nombreuses informations sur les produits optimisant la sant\u00e9 (\u00ab Food+ \u00bb), les offres personnalis\u00e9es (\u00ab Knowtrition \u00bb), les concepts de magasins innovants autour de la sant\u00e9 mentale (\u00ab Point of mindfulness \u00bb) et les solutions qui tentent de combiner sant\u00e9 et plaisir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2020, quatre sc\u00e9narios \u00abFood\u00bb au total seront mis en avant sur la plateforme de swissbaker.ch. Le premier a \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9 fin mars au th\u00e8me de l&#8217;agr\u00e9ment. Valeurs et convenience forment la conclusion. Un rapport par trimestre est pr\u00e9vu. Ces rapports de tendances sont la suite de l\u2019\u00e9tude de tendances de la BCS, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e en 2017 \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la FBK.
