Ils ont beau \u00eatre doubles champions de Suisse du Swiss Bakery Trophy (2014 et 2016), Pierre-Alain Bourdenet et Jean-Claude Donche doivent se battre\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Il y a beaucoup de concurrence sur Gen\u00e8ve avec l\u2019arriv\u00e9e r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de tr\u00e8s bons artisans, innovateurs, souvent en provenance de l\u2019\u00e9tranger et pas forc\u00e9ment de la France. \u00c7a ne nous fait pas peur, mais nous ne devons pas baisser la garde, il faut se battre.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Finie la p\u00e2tisserie traditionnelle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les deux comp\u00e8res ne cessent d\u2019inventer, de renouveler leur gamme\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Avec la concurrence, \u00e7a bouge tr\u00e8s vite, alors on s\u2019inspire\u2009: on lit beaucoup, on regarde sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux ce que font les autres et on fonce. Aujourd\u2019hui, nous ne proposons plus de p\u00e2tisserie traditionnelle, que de l\u2019innovation, s\u2019enthousiasme Pierre-Alain Bourdenet, et nous nous revendiquons vrais artisans, par exemple, nous ne produisons que des pains \u00e0 longue fermentation avec levain chef.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vente exclusive en magasin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Forts de leur succ\u00e8s, les deux associ\u00e9s assument un choix de mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Pas de livraisons, que de la vente dans nos deux magasins.\u2009\u00bb Et \u00e7a marche\u2009! Ils viennent de r\u00e9nover compl\u00e8tement une de leurs deux points de vente et disposent d\u00e9sormais d\u2019infrastructures flambant neuves. Du coup, il n\u2019y a pas qu\u2019aux clients que \u00e7a pla\u00eet. \u00ab\u2009Pierre &amp; Jean\u2009\u00bb a aussi la cote aupr\u00e8s des employ\u00e9s, le double titre de champion de Suisse au SBT n\u2019y est pas \u00e9tranger\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Nous recevons r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des demandes du monde entier pour faire des stages non pay\u00e9s et ils nous offrent encore des cadeaux en repartant\u2009\u00bb, sourit Pierre-Alain Bourdenet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et pour le SBT 2018\u2009? \u00ab\u2009Nous y seront s\u00fbrement\u2009! D\u2019autant plus que nous avons compl\u00e8tement chang\u00e9 notre gamme depuis la derni\u00e8re \u00e9dition.\u2009\u00bb Pr\u00e9sents s\u00fbrement et plus motiv\u00e9s que jamais pour la conqu\u00eate d\u2019un troisi\u00e8me titre.
