Elle a obtenu la meilleure note finale, lors de l\u2019examen professionnel \u00e0 la fin mars\u202f2020. Joie et soulagement ont \u00e9t\u00e9 grands.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai r\u00e9ussi\u2009! C\u2019est la premi\u00e8re pens\u00e9e qui m\u2019est venue \u00e0 l\u2019esprit lorsque j\u2019ai enfin tenu entre mes mains la lettre confirmant que j\u2019avais r\u00e9ussi l\u2019examen professionnel. Ma deuxi\u00e8me pens\u00e9e\u2009: \u00ab\u2009C\u2019est impossible\u2009!\u2009\u00bb Et je me suis mise \u00e0 pleurer. Non seulement parce que j\u2019avais r\u00e9ussi l\u2019examen, mais aussi parce que j\u2019ai obtenu la note de 5,3\u2009! Au d\u00e9but, cependant, ce n\u2019\u00e9taient pas des larmes de joie, mais simplement la pression qui retombait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-long-voyage\">Un long voyage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>a formation d\u2019une ann\u00e9e et demie en tant que cheffe boulang\u00e8re-confiseuse a \u00e9t\u00e9 pareille \u00e0 un voyage incroyablement long. Bien que j\u2019aime vraiment acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles connaissances, le d\u00e9fi a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9norme, tant sur le plan professionnel que priv\u00e9.<br>En fait, j\u2019ai souvent failli interrompre ma formation et reporter l\u2019examen pratique \u00e0 plus tard. J\u2019ai souvent dout\u00e9 de moi. J\u2019avais l\u2019impression d\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9pass\u00e9e par la situation, surtout dans la phase finale. Toutefois, je me suis accroch\u00e9e. Et je suis fi\u00e8re d\u2019avoir r\u00e9sist\u00e9 \u00e0 la pression, gr\u00e2ce aussi au soutien de mes amis les plus proches et de mes<br>parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009En plus des connaissances que j\u2019ai acquises, j\u2019ai \u00e9galement forg\u00e9 mon caract\u00e8re.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-aussi-avec-un-peu-de-chance\">Aussi avec un peu de chance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La note est presque devenue une question secondaire pour moi. Outre beaucoup de discipline pour apprendre, je pense que pour obtenir une bonne note, il faut des heures de pratique, des comp\u00e9tences, des cr\u00e9ations, de la pr\u00e9paration et de l\u2019endurance, \u00e9galement et surtout aussi un peu de chance. La chance d\u2019\u00eatre interrog\u00e9 sur les bons sujets lors des examens oraux, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 vous \u00eates le plus fort. La chance lors du choix des t\u00e2ches surprises et enfin la chance d\u2019avoir les bonnes personnes autour de vous. Des personnes comme mon assistante Sonja Durrer, pr\u00eates \u00e0 apporter leur aide m\u00eame dans les derni\u00e8res secondes. Merci encore\u2009!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-efforts-en-valaient-la-peine\">Les efforts en valaient la peine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9trospectivement, je suis heureuse d\u2019avoir pass\u00e9 l\u2019examen professionnel malgr\u00e9 toutes les difficult\u00e9s. Non seulement j\u2019ai \u00e9norm\u00e9ment pu d\u00e9velopper mes connaissances sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es, mais j\u2019ai \u00e9galement forg\u00e9 mon caract\u00e8re. L\u2019ensemble de la formation continue s\u2019apparente \u00e0 une randonn\u00e9e en montagne \u00e0 travers le brouillard. On commence sans savoir jusqu\u2019o\u00f9 le chemin m\u00e8nera et \u00e0 quel point il sera rocailleux.
