L\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat est grand, pr\u00e8s de 30 personnes se sont inscrites \u00e0 l\u2019examen professionnel boulangerie-confiserie-commerce de d\u00e9tail 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout comme la branche de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie et ses exploitations, les besoins en mati\u00e8re de formation initiale et continue et d\u2019examen professionnel \u00e9voluent. Par exemple, de plus en plus d\u2019exploitations ont un d\u00e9partement de boulangerie s\u00e9par\u00e9. En outre, les employ\u00e9s occupant des postes cadres ne changent presque jamais de service. C\u2019est pourquoi l\u2019Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs et l\u2019\u00c9cole professionnelle Richemont ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 une nouvelle sp\u00e9cialisation en boulangerie. Auparavant, un candidat \u00e0 l\u2019examen professionnel pour le d\u00e9veloppement de produits de confiserie devait changer de service chez son employeur et travailler dans un domaine qu\u2019il ne connaissait pas. Cette personne n\u2019\u00e9tait donc plus disponible pour l\u2019exploitation dans sa fonction d\u2019origine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019adaptation de la sp\u00e9cialisation ne concerne que la partie pratique de l\u2019examen. Il n\u2019y aura pas d\u2019examen en confiserie. En m\u00eame temps, des connaissances encore plus larges et plus approfondies et une mise en \u0153uvre pratique sont demand\u00e9es dans le secteur de la boulangerie. La formation professionnelle ainsi que l\u2019examen th\u00e9orique comprennent toujours encore tous les aspects de la boulangerie et de la confiserie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019approbation du Secr\u00e9tariat d\u2019\u00c9tat \u00e0 la formation, \u00e0 la recherche et \u00e0 l\u2019innovation (Sefri) et donc l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur est pr\u00e9vue pour le printemps 2021. Le d\u00e9but des cours est possible \u00e0 partir d\u2019ao\u00fbt 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-participants-du-commerce-de-detail-recherches\">Participants du commerce de d\u00e9tail recherch\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e8s de 30 personnes se sont inscrites \u00e0 l\u2019examen professionnel boulangerie-confiserie-commerce de d\u00e9tail, qui devrait commencer en ao\u00fbt\u202f2020.
