Cette formule claire a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e il y a quelque temps pour promouvoir le mod\u00e8le Swissness. Elle a en quelque sorte red\u00e9fini ce que l\u2019on peut appeler le \u00ab\u2009Swiss Made\u2009\u00bb. Cette r\u00e9glementation juridique claire vise \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger les consommatrices et les consommateurs contre les supercheries en mati\u00e8re de Swissness. C\u2019est une bonne chose et cela doit certainement aussi s\u2019appliquer \u00e0 nos sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s de pains suisses.<br>Cependant, le fait est que la production agricole en Suisse est de plus en plus entrav\u00e9e par des r\u00e9glementations. De nouvelles restrictions sur les engrais et une interdiction des pesticides r\u00e9duiraient consid\u00e9rablement la production de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales. Mais ce n\u2019est pas seulement une question de quantit\u00e9. Pour faire un bon pain, il faut des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales d\u2019excellente qualit\u00e9. Sans une protection cibl\u00e9e des cultures, nous ne pouvons pas garantir de qualit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e et constante. Peut-\u00eatre devrons-nous simplement en importer davantage. Mais est-ce raisonnable\u2009? Je ne pense pas. Il ne faudra pas longtemps avant que nous arr\u00eations d\u2019importer des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et que nous commencions \u00e0 importer du pain pr\u00e9cuit. Nous, les agriculteurs, deviendrons alors des paysagistes et les boulangers des \u00ab\u2009r\u00e9chauffeurs\u2009\u00bb.<br>Notre objectif commun doit \u00eatre\u2009: Des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales suisses pour le pain suisse. Je suis convaincu que la plupart des consommateurs suisses y sont favorables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Werner R\u00fcttimann est agriculteur et entrepreneur.
