Il fait le maximum pour donner l\u2019exemple.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis six ans, je cuisine avec des aliments qui ne sont optiquement pas assez beaux pour les rayons des grands magasins. La visite hebdomadaire du boulanger d\u2019\u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 fait \u00e9galement partie de mon tour de collecte. Les pains invendus ont une seconde chance avec moi. Mes h\u00f4tes adorent les kn\u00f6del de pain ou les lasagnes au pain dans mon restaurant et le boulanger est ravi de cette coop\u00e9ration fructueuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous devrions nous souvenir des anciennes valeurs et redonner aux aliments la valeur qu\u2019ils m\u00e9ritent.<br><br>En tant que cuisinier, je transforme les invendus ou les aliments pr\u00e9sentant un petit d\u00e9faut en un festin pour les yeux et le palais. Presque comme un chirurgien esth\u00e9tique. Ce qui reste, c\u2019est le bon go\u00fbt et les pr\u00e9cieux ingr\u00e9dients qui nourrissent notre corps. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette fa\u00e7on de faire, je m\u2019assure que les ressources utilis\u00e9es ne sont pas perdues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour l\u2019avenir, je souhaiterais plus d\u2019indulgence avec les aliments. Un comportement respectueux permet de prot\u00e9ger notre environnement et, au final, repr\u00e9sente un plus pour nous tous. Nous produisons aujourd\u2019hui d\u00e9j\u00e0 de la nourriture pour 12\u202fmilliards de personnes. Pourtant, avec une population mondiale de 8\u202fmilliards d\u2019habitants, nous ne parvenons pas \u00e0 tous les nourrir. Environ 2\u202fmilliards de personnes souffrent de malnutrition.
