Afin de limiter le nombre de d\u00e9parts des collaborateurs et des apprentis, les allergies doivent \u00eatre une th\u00e9matique \u00e0 aborder d\u00e8s la phase d\u2019apprentissage ou d\u2019initiation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant les journ\u00e9es d\u2019initiation, l\u2019entrepreneur, l\u2019agent de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (SiBe) ou la personne responsable de la formation professionnelle doit fournir les documents n\u00e9cessaires. Cela inclut \u00e9galement les documents relatifs aux questions de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2017, 43 entreprises ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9es au fait qu\u2019une personne de l\u2019\u00e9quipe n\u2019\u00e9tait plus autoris\u00e9e \u00e0 exercer la profession pour laquelle elle avait \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9e suite \u00e0 une maladie professionnelle. C\u2019est pourquoi il est essentiel d\u2019organiser ces journ\u00e9es d\u2019initiation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est important de questionner les apprentis et de savoir s\u2019ils souffrent d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles allergies ou du rhume des foins. Il faut leur expliquer d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but la m\u00e9thode de travail \u00e0 adopter pour r\u00e9duire le d\u00e9gagement de poussi\u00e8res de farine dans le fournil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A prendre en consid\u00e9ration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Obtenir un formulaire traitant des risques professionnels li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019exposition aux poussi\u00e8res de farine. Le document est disponible dans le dossier MSST, chapitre 6 Exposition aux poussi\u00e8res de farine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Le travail de nuit \u00e9tant interdit aux jeunes de 15 ans, le travail ne peut en principe commencer avant 6 heures du matin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Ne pas laisser travailler les apprentis sans surveillance pendant la phase d\u2019initiation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Ne pas autoriser les travaux sur des machines dangereuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 S\u2019il est pr\u00e9vu de travailler sur une machine, des directives des instructions rigoureuses doivent \u00eatre donn\u00e9es avant de commencer le travail. La supervision de l\u2019apprenti par un professionnel qualifi\u00e9 est une condition sine qua non.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Les instructions qui s\u2019appliquent aux apprentis en phase d\u2019initiation sont les m\u00eames que celles qui s\u2019appliquent \u00e0 tous les autres employ\u00e9s. (temps de travail, r\u00e9glementation des pauses, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 L\u2019assurance-accidents l\u00e9gale est \u00e9galement garantie pour les apprentis en phase d\u2019initiation dans le cadre pr\u00e9vu par la loi f\u00e9d\u00e9rale sur l\u2019assurance accidents (LAA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 La semaine de travail de 5 jours s\u2019applique. Les samedis et dimanches sont des jours ch\u00f4m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour un lieu moins poussi\u00e9reux<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Ma\u00eetrisez vos gestes au moment de fariner le plan de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Lors de l\u2019ajout de farine dans le bol de p\u00e9trissage (silo ou cuve de p\u00e9trissage), il faut \u00e9viter les grandes hauteurs de chute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Mettre la farine dans le p\u00e9trin en utilisant la pelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Lors du p\u00e9trissage de la p\u00e2te, recouvrir un court instant les grilles de protection d\u2019un film plastique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Sortir la p\u00e2te de la machine en portions raisonnables en humidifiant les mains et les bras et non recouverts de farine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Bien graisser les plans de travail en bois, ce qui permettra de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement le d\u00e9veloppement de la poussi\u00e8re de farine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 A la place de farines de fleurage, utiliser de la semoule de bl\u00e9 ou des farines sp\u00e9ciales de fleurage (la farine de bl\u00e9, mais aussi des farines sp\u00e9ciales de fleurage sont disponibles chez Pistor et d\u2019autres fournisseurs ou meuniers).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Pour nettoyer le sol, utilisez l\u2019aspirateur plut\u00f4t qu\u2019un balai, parfait pour enlever les r\u00e9sidus de semoule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-remarques\">Remarques<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Les nouveaux mod\u00e8les de p\u00e9trins doivent avoir des couvercles ferm\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Les aspirateurs doivent \u00eatre dot\u00e9s d\u2019un filtre de classe adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la filtration des poussi\u00e8res dangereuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Pour les travaux qui g\u00e9n\u00e8rent un d\u00e9gagement de poussi\u00e8res important, porter un masque de protection avec filtre de classe FFP2 contre les poussi\u00e8res fines\u2009; pour vous prot\u00e9ger et pr\u00e9server votre sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En 2017, les employ\u00e9s de 43 entreprises ont d\u00fb quitter leur emploi pour des raisons de sant\u00e9.
