Ce renvoi fait suite \u00e0 l\u2019annulation du Salon suisse des go\u00fbts et terroirs, au sein duquel le Swiss Bakery Trophy a lieu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009En raison de la situation sanitaire actuelle, des contraintes organisationnelles et des fortes incertitudes qui p\u00e8sent sur la reprise des \u00e9v\u00e9nements \u00e0 l\u2019automne, c\u2019est au tour du Salon suisse des go\u00fbts et terroirs (SSGT) de devoir renoncer \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de l\u2019\u00e9dition 2020\u2009\u00bb, ont annonc\u00e9 ses organisateurs dans un communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par effet domino, le Swiss Bakery Trophy (SBT) qui se d\u00e9roule tous les deux ans dans le cadre du SSGT est aussi report\u00e9. Il devait c\u00e9l\u00e9brer sa 9e \u00e9dition cette ann\u00e9e. Quant \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de l\u2019organiser sous une autre forme, son responsable Nicolas Taillens est cat\u00e9gorique\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Le SBT ne peut se d\u00e9rouler qu\u2019en public au SSGT et nulle part ailleurs\u2009!\u2009\u00bb A cet argument historique, l\u2019artisan et membre de l\u2019organisation ajoute\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Tout serait beaucoup plus compliqu\u00e9\u2009: Les membres et les sponsors auraient-ils la t\u00eate \u00e0 cela\u2009? Arriverions-nous \u00e0 faire venir des taxateurs\u2009?\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Du 28\u202foctobre au 1er\u202fnovembre<\/strong><br>Par cons\u00e9quent, le concours aura lieu durant l\u2019\u00e9dition 2021 du SSGT, du jeudi 28\u202foctobre au lundi 1er\u202fnovembre. \u00ab\u2009Nous y travaillerons d\u00e8s la fin de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9. Evidemment, nous avons un peu d\u2019avance. Nous n\u2019aurons notamment pas besoin de retravailler le r\u00e8glement.\u2009\u00bb<br>A pr\u00e9ciser que le SSGT planche sur divers concepts pour rester dans la m\u00e9moire du public\u2009: communication r\u00e9guli\u00e8re sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, visibilit\u00e9 pour les exposants et annonceurs, alternatives pour les visiteurs\u2026 \u00ab\u2009En tant que partenaire de la manifestation, le SBT s\u2019impliquera activement afin de faire parler de lui\u2009\u00bb, conclut Nicolas Taillens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pas-de-finale-des-meilleurs-jeunes-boulangers\">Pas de finale des meilleurs jeunes boulangers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec le report du Swiss Bakery Trophy (SBT) 2020, la question du maintien ou non de la Finale romande et tessinoise des meilleurs jeunes boulangers 2020 s\u2019est \u00e9galement pos\u00e9e. La comp\u00e9tition annuelle devait se tenir \u00e0 Bulle (FR) durant le SBT. Le comit\u00e9 de l\u2019Association romande des artisans boulangers-p\u00e2tissiers-confiseurs (ARABPC) s\u2019est donc pench\u00e9 sur le sujet, le 7\u202fjuillet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deux options s\u2019offraient \u00e0 lui\u2009: mettre sur pied un \u00e9v\u00e9nement au centre de formation \u00e0 Yverdon-les-Bains (VD) ou organiser un important concours en 2021. En raison de son potentiel promotionnel pour le m\u00e9tier, la comp\u00e9tition doit se d\u00e9rouler en public, selon les responsables de l\u2019ARABPC.
