C\u2019est justement ce qu\u2019offre le SBT, une formidable plateforme et un moyen privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 de communiquer avec les m\u00e9dias et nos consommateurs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A l\u2019heure o\u00f9 les habitudes de consommations sont en constante mutation et notre client\u00e8le de plus en plus volatile, cr\u00e9er un lien affectif entre nos enseignes et nos clients est un tr\u00e8s bon moyen de les fid\u00e9liser. La notion de communaut\u00e9 autour d\u2019une marque est bien r\u00e9elle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les grands groupes internationaux, notamment dans les industries de la technologie ou des cosm\u00e9tiques l\u2019ont compris depuis bien longtemps, et contrairement \u00e0 ce que l\u2019on pourrait penser, il est tout \u00e0 fait possible et abordable pour une entreprise artisanale de cr\u00e9er sa propre communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourquoi ne pas utiliser une m\u00e9daille du SBT comme point de d\u00e9part? Imaginez la satisfaction d\u2019un client qui apprend dans la presse ou sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux que son artisan boulanger-p\u00e2tissier-confiseur local a obtenu une m\u00e9daille lors d\u2019une manifestation nationale, qui met en comp\u00e9tition plus de 1500 produits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une m\u00e9daille au SBT cr\u00e9\u00e9 aussi une opportunit\u00e9 de s\u2019approcher des contacts que nous avons dans les m\u00e9dias. C\u2019est une occasion id\u00e9ale pour rappeler au public que nous avons la chance de pratiquer une profession o\u00f9 nous r\u00e9alisons au quotidien des produits uniques, cr\u00e9atifs et inventifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un prix au SBT c\u2019est aussi l\u2019occasion r\u00eav\u00e9e d\u2019organiser un \u00e9v\u00e9nement dans nos boutiques ou ailleurs, afin de faire d\u00e9couvrir et d\u00e9guster nos produits. Cela permet \u00e9galement \u00e0 nos collaborateurs \u00e0 la vente d\u2019engager plus facilement le dialogue avec notre client\u00e8le en mettant en valeurs les produits laur\u00e9ats dans le magasin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Christophe Ackermann<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Christophe Ackermann dirige Ackermann Artisan Boulanger S\u00e0rl \u00e0 Grandson (VD).
