De mani\u00e8re inattendue, une nouvelle porte s\u2019est ouverte. R\u00e9trospectivement, elle s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00eatre la bonne.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a 12 ans, j\u2019ai rejoint la boulangerie Beck Lyner \u00e0 Winterthour en tant que gestionnaire du commerce de d\u00e9tail. A cette \u00e9poque, j\u2019avais \u00e0 peine deux ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience professionnelle. J\u2019\u00e9tais donc encore assez nouvelle dans le monde du travail. Le poste \u00e9tait formidable\u2009; j\u2019apportais mes propres id\u00e9es, j\u2019avais des responsabilit\u00e9s, je r\u00e9alisais quelque chose au sein d\u2019une \u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un an plus tard, mon premier enfant est n\u00e9 et, en\u202f2018 et\u202f2019, le deuxi\u00e8me et le troisi\u00e8me ont suivi.<br>Apr\u00e8s mon cong\u00e9 maternit\u00e9, j\u2019ai pu continuer \u00e0 travailler au m\u00eame poste avec un taux d\u2019occupation r\u00e9duit. J\u2019ai particuli\u00e8rement aim\u00e9 travailler avec les apprentis. C\u2019est ainsi que j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de suivre le cours de formatrice \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole professionnelle Richemont de Lucerne. J\u2019\u00e9tais alors une sorte de personne de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour les apprenants, mais je n\u2019en avais pas encore la responsabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-faire-preuve-de-beaucoup-de-flexibilite\">Faire preuve\u00a0de beaucoup de flexibilit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2011, mon patron m\u2019a propos\u00e9 une formation compl\u00e9mentaire en tant que sp\u00e9cialiste de la branche. Je n\u2019ai pas eu \u00e0 y r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir longtemps, car c\u2019\u00e9tait absolument g\u00e9nial sur le plan purement professionnel. Au niveau priv\u00e9, cependant, il a fallu faire preuve d\u2019une bonne organisation\u2009: une petite fille et un emploi \u00e0 50\u202f%. Toutefois, j\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 une solution\u2009: mes parents ont accept\u00e9 de garder ma fille pendant mes cours. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 un soulagement. De cette fa\u00e7on, j\u2019ai pu me concentrer pleinement sur la formation continue pendant les jours d\u2019\u00e9cole. Pour apprendre \u00e0 la maison, j\u2019ai \u00e9galement d\u00fb faire preuve de beaucoup de flexibilit\u00e9. En mars\u202f2012, la bonne nouvelle est tomb\u00e9e\u2009: j\u2019avais r\u00e9ussi mes examens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-heureusement-comme-cela-s-est-avere\">Heureusement,\u00a0comme cela s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9\u2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Au d\u00e9but de ma carri\u00e8re, mon objectif \u00e9tait de devenir g\u00e9rante d\u2019une succursale. Cependant, je n\u2019ai pas pu le faire en raison de mon taux d\u2019occupation r\u00e9duit. Heureusement, comme cela s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9\u2026 Au lieu de cela, j\u2019ai pris en charge la gestion de la formation professionnelle de base pour le commerce de d\u00e9tail dans l\u2019exploitation. J\u2019ai restructur\u00e9 et remani\u00e9 le tout, j\u2019ai r\u00e9dig\u00e9 mes propres plans de formation et optimis\u00e9 tous les processus. Nous avons pu doubler nos places d\u2019apprentissage et nous travaillons \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent avec des personnes de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence. Cela signifie qu\u2019un employ\u00e9 est la personne de contact pour deux apprentis \u00e0 la fois. Cela me permet de faire mon travail, m\u00eame \u00e0 temps partiel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-echange-fructueux\">Un \u00e9change fructueux<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est passionnant de construire et de concevoir presque \u00e0 partir de z\u00e9ro. J\u2019ai la chance de pouvoir mettre en \u0153uvre mes id\u00e9es imm\u00e9diatement et d\u2019apporter des changements l\u00e0 o\u00f9 ils sont n\u00e9cessaires.<br>Depuis 2015, je suis autoris\u00e9e \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser des proc\u00e9dures de qualification pratiques dans les cantons de Zurich et de Schaffhouse. Cette activit\u00e9 est pr\u00e9cieuse pour mon travail parce que j\u2019apprends \u00e0 conna\u00eetre de nombreuses exploitations, parce que je re\u00e7ois des conseils et que je peux \u00e9changer des id\u00e9es avec d\u2019autres formateurs professionnels et experts d\u2019examens\u2009; ce qui est toujours tr\u00e8s instructif. Je rassemble de nombreuses exp\u00e9riences. Et cela, en retour, profite \u00e9galement \u00e0 nos apprenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon objectif a chang\u00e9. Je ne veux plus g\u00e9rer une succursale. Au lieu de cela, je veux offrir \u00e0 nos apprenants une excellente place de formation, les soutenir, les mettre au d\u00e9fi et les accompagner comme ils le m\u00e9ritent. C\u2019est pourquoi je lance \u00e0 l\u2019automne la prochaine formation continue dans ce sens\u2009: le cours de dipl\u00f4me pour les formateurs professionnels dans les exploitations de formation.
