En revanche, un autre chapitre s\u2019\u00e9crit \u00e0 Yverdon (VD), et c\u2019est avec beaucoup d\u2019enthousiasme que Marie Perriard, responsable vente Romande, se r\u00e9jouit de fr\u00e9quenter les nouveaux locaux d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019excellence du m\u00e9tier.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s plus de 40 ann\u00e9es de bons et loyaux services, notre centre de comp\u00e9tences Richemont \u00e0 Pully (VD) a d\u00e9finitivement ferm\u00e9 ses portes. Un sentiment de nostalgie et de gratitude m\u2019envahit, lorsque je pense \u00e0 ce que repr\u00e9sentait ce lieu pour les acteurs de notre Branche. A tous les passionn\u00e9s qui se sont engag\u00e9s pour transmettre leur savoir avec comp\u00e9tence et g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9, et \u00e0 toutes les personnes qui sont pass\u00e9es par l\u00e0 pour se former et contribuer ainsi \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre les valeurs ch\u00e8res \u00e0 notre branche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-voues-a-l-excellence\">Vou\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019excellence<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si un chapitre se ferme d\u00e9finitivement \u00e0 Pully, c\u2019est un autre qui s\u2019\u00e9crit \u00e0 Yverdon (VD)\u2009! Et c\u2019est avec un enthousiasme non dissimul\u00e9 que je me transporte dans nos nouveaux locaux d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019excellence de notre magnifique m\u00e9tier. Les travaux vont bon train et bient\u00f4t, un environnement \u00e9tudi\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre au mieux aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques de chaque cours ouvrira ses portes. Je me r\u00e9jouis de d\u00e9couvrir les locaux spacieux et lumineux de la production, mais plus encore de m\u2019installer dans le cocon confortable et fonctionnel de notre future salle de vente\u2009!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je remercie tous ceux qui ont consacr\u00e9 leur temps, leur \u00e9nergie et se sont investis pour rendre ces lieux innovants, agr\u00e9ables, accueillants et surtout ax\u00e9s sur l\u2019avenir.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vision-a-long-terme\">Vision \u00e0 long terme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il a fallu une vision \u00e0 long terme pour \u00e9laborer ce projet. Une vision bas\u00e9e sur la volont\u00e9 d\u2019offrir la meilleure formation possible \u00e0 nos apprentis, au personnel de vente et de production, ainsi qu\u2019aux patrons d\u00e9sireux de d\u00e9velopper leurs comp\u00e9tences. Aujourd\u2019hui nous ne savons pas encore quels seront les besoins dans 10 ou 15 ans, pourtant les principaux sc\u00e9narios li\u00e9s \u00e0 notre branche, de la production \u00e0 la vente, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 envisag\u00e9s. Combien restera-t-il de commerces\u2009? Combien d\u2019apprentis y aura-t-il en Romandie\u2009? Est-ce que chaque canton Romand sera encore en mesure d\u2019assurer les cours professionnels\u2009? A quoi ressemblera la vente de demain\u2009?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-de-la-qualite-dependra-le-succes\">De la qualit\u00e9 d\u00e9pendra le succ\u00e8s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ma part j\u2019ai une certitude quant \u00e0 l\u2019avenir de notre branche\u2009: le succ\u00e8s et le rayonnement de nos commerces d\u00e9pendront de la qualit\u00e9 que nous proposerons \u00e0 nos clients. La qualit\u00e9 de nos produits bien s\u00fbr, mais \u00e9galement la qualit\u00e9 de notre service et de notre accueil. Et c\u2019est l\u00e0 que Richemont a toute son importance\u2009! Sans formation, la qualit\u00e9 n\u2019est pas assur\u00e9e. Nous avons le devoir de rester \u00e0 la pointe et de montrer au public pourquoi c\u2019est tellement mieux d\u2019aller chez l\u2019artisan\u2009! Tout va tellement vite, les lois changent, les tendances, les attentes des clients et la mani\u00e8re de communiquer avec eux. Le monde du travail et ses r\u00e8gles \u00e9voluent tr\u00e8s (trop) rapidement\u2009!
