Les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9chelons de la fili\u00e8re y participeront, de la s\u00e9lection du bl\u00e9 jusqu\u2019au boulanger en passant par l\u2019agriculture et la meunerie. Cette exposition interactive rapprochera le consommateur du pain suisse et lui transmettra des \u00e9motions positives.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La F\u00eate du bl\u00e9 et du pain a lieu tous les 10 ans. Pour beaucoup de Romands, une visite est devenue un \u00ab\u2009must\u2009\u00bb. L\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment central de la f\u00eate est un spectacle avec plus de 1000 figurants. Mais la fili\u00e8re c\u00e9r\u00e9ali\u00e8re sera aussi pr\u00e9sente avec une exposition intitul\u00e9e \u00ab\u2009Le monde fascinant des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et du pain\u2009\u00bb qui constituera une exp\u00e9rience pour petits et grands. L\u2019exposition montrera aux consommateurs l\u2019\u00e9volution du secteur c\u00e9r\u00e9alier dans le pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-connaissances-techniques-et-lieu-de-rencontres\">Connaissances techniques et lieu de rencontres<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les m\u00e9dias relatent parfois des positions controvers\u00e9es sur les pains. Pour le grand public, il est parfois difficile de trier les opinions divergentes. L\u2019exposition r\u00e9pondra \u00e0 toutes les questions gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019experts \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape. Comment se passe vraiment la s\u00e9lection\u2009? Quelle est la diff\u00e9rence entre des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales bio et des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales IP-Suisse\u2009? Qu\u2019est-ce que le gluten et pourquoi certains d\u00e9veloppent-ils une intol\u00e9rance\u2009? La rencontre avec des sp\u00e9cialistes permettra d\u2019att\u00e9nuer les craintes, de casser des pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s et de se faire une opinion personnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une exposition participative<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019exposition commencera par la pr\u00e9sentation du bl\u00e9 Vanil Noir \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents stades de culture, ainsi que par une d\u00e9monstration de machines agricoles. Dans le module d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la meunerie, les enfants vont transpirer\u2009: gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leurs muscles, ils pourront moudre des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales dans un moulin activ\u00e9 par un v\u00e9lo ou par la force de leurs bras. Mais il y aura \u00e9galement des informations sur la meunerie moderne, avec des images, des vid\u00e9os, ainsi que diff\u00e9rents types de farine et de sous-produits de meunerie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En suivant les indications de boulangers professionnels, les enfants pourront fabriquer un pain \u2013 habill\u00e9s comme il se doit avec tablier et chapeau.
