Misant sur la qualit\u00e9 haut de gamme, cette maison fond\u00e9e il y a plus de 140 ans s\u2019est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les produits chocolat\u00e9s, fabriqu\u00e9s artisanalement d\u2019apr\u00e8s d\u2019anciennes recettes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thomas Schwarzenberger souhaitait cr\u00e9er une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 inspir\u00e9e de sa r\u00e9gion en vue du SBT 2016. Il a donc \u00e9labor\u00e9 un petit pralin\u00e9 en forme de pierre rempli de kirsch liquide et d\u2019une ganache \u00e0 la cerise. Il l\u2019a nomm\u00e9 Pierre du Rigi (Rigistei), cr\u00e9ant ainsi un lien avec la montagne embl\u00e9matique de K\u00fcssnacht en poudingue, \u00e0 savoir en roches agglom\u00e9r\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-succes-persistant\">Succ\u00e8s persistant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le couronnement de la Pierre du Rigi comme meilleur produit de confiserie \u00e9tait totalement inattendu, d\u2019autant plus qu\u2019il s\u2019agissait de la premi\u00e8re sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e par M. Schwarzenberger. Apr\u00e8s plusieurs articles de presse sur le \u00ab\u2009meilleur pralin\u00e9 de Suisse\u2009\u00bb, les clients r\u00e9guliers, mais aussi de nombreux nouveaux clients, ont souhait\u00e9 go\u00fbter ce pralin\u00e9 en forme de pierre, ce qui dans un premier temps a engendr\u00e9 des journ\u00e9es atteignant parfois 18 heures pour le chef d\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le succ\u00e8s a \u00e9t\u00e9 tellement spectaculaire que de propres mesures de communication sont pratiquement devenues inutiles. \u00ab\u2009Gr\u00e2ce au bouche-\u00e0-oreille et aux commentaires sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, les ventes sont constamment rest\u00e9es \u00e0 un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9\u2009\u00bb, se r\u00e9jouit le patron. \u00ab\u2009Nous avons expos\u00e9 la sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re bien visible dans la vitrine et avons fait de la publicit\u00e9 sur le panneau devant le magasin.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nouvelle participation en 2018<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le succ\u00e8s d\u2019il y a deux ans, la participation au SBT 2018 est une \u00e9vidence pour Thomas Schwarzenberger\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Nous voulons de nouveau mettre \u00e0 profit cette magnifique opportunit\u00e9. J\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 la pr\u00e9paration et je suis en train de tester les produits \u00e0 soumettre.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cr\u00e9ation de nouveaut\u00e9s provoque \u00e9videmment toujours une charge suppl\u00e9mentaire de travail. Le p\u00e2tissier-confiseur est donc particuli\u00e8rement heureux que son \u00e9quipe, qu\u2019il fait participer \u00e0 la d\u00e9gustation de ses cr\u00e9ations, le soutienne fortement et lui sugg\u00e8re des am\u00e9liorations possibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thomas Schwarzenberger esp\u00e8re \u00e9videmment obtenir de nouveau de bons r\u00e9sultats avec ses produits. Il veillera \u00e0 ce que ses sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentent une excellente qualit\u00e9 et fra\u00eecheur et ne poss\u00e8dent pas un go\u00fbt trop exotique. Elles doivent \u00e9videmment aussi pouvoir \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re rationnelle afin de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice. Autres aspects importants du SBT\u2009: l\u2019effet didactique et la comparaison avec les coll\u00e8gues.
