Ce dernier est imputable \u00e0 l\u2019absence d\u2019adaptation des prix, en d\u00e9pit du rench\u00e9rissement partiel des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Boulangerie-confiserie sans et avec filiales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La baisse du b\u00e9n\u00e9fice brut 1 s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve ici \u00e0 0,8\u202f% du chiffre d\u2019affaires. M\u00eame si cela semble \u00e0 premi\u00e8re vue insignifiant, c\u2019est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 plut\u00f4t cons\u00e9quent. Pour les exploitations sans filiales, cela correspond en moyenne \u00e0 8600\u202ffrancs par an, et plus de 21\u2009000\u202ffrancs par an pour les exploitations avec filiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-boulangerie-confiserie-avec-cafe\">Boulangerie-confiserie avec caf\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces exploitations connaissent \u00e9galement une baisse de la marge, m\u00eame si celle-ci est moins importante. On note une diminution de 0,3\u202f% du chiffre d\u2019affaires. Ceci correspond \u00e0 une diminution des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de 4900\u202ffrancs par an en moyenne.
