L\u2019apprentissage a aid\u00e9 la jeune professionnelle \u00e0 se d\u00e9passer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A l\u2019\u00e9cole secondaire, je n\u2019arrivais pas \u00e0 me d\u00e9cider pour un parcours professionnel. La solution la plus simple \u00e9tait de continuer l\u2019\u00e9cole. C\u2019est pourquoi j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de suivre l\u2019\u00e9cole de culture g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Cela me rend incroyablement heureuse lorsque mes clients m\u2019expriment leur gratitude.\u2009\u00bb<br>J\u2019ai toutefois vite compris que ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas le bon choix pour moi. Le monde professionnel m\u2019attirait et semblait m\u2019appeler. En cherchant un apprentissage appropri\u00e9, j\u2019ai essay\u00e9 plusieurs choses. Et finalement, c\u2019est le commerce de d\u00e9tail qui m\u2019a le plus fascin\u00e9. J\u2019ai vu comme un d\u00e9fi le fait de m\u2019occuper des clientes et des clients et de leurs souhaits dans l\u2019objectif de les satisfaire au mieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-objectifs-atteints-avec-rapidite\">Objectifs atteints avec rapidit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Au d\u00e9but de mon apprentissage, j\u2019ai d\u00fb faire face \u00e0 de nombreuses nouvelles t\u00e2ches, car la diff\u00e9rence avec l\u2019\u00e9cole secondaire \u00e9tait grande. Mais j\u2019ai rapidement pu faire mes preuves et atteins mes objectifs. Cela me rend incroyablement heureuse lorsque mes clients m\u2019expriment leur gratitude. Ces petites choses m\u2019ont motiv\u00e9e \u00e0 continuer malgr\u00e9 les efforts \u00e0 fournir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 mon ambition personnelle, (\u2026) j\u2019ai pu terminer ma formation de gestionnaire du commerce de d\u00e9tail avec brio et j\u2019ai l\u2019honneur cette ann\u00e9e de repr\u00e9senter mon canton aux SwissSkills. \u00bb<br><br>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ma formation, j\u2019ai pu me d\u00e9velopper tant sur le plan personnel que moral. Je parviens maintenant mieux \u00e0 me mettre \u00e0 la place des autres. Je sais reconna\u00eetre les attentes de mes clients et les satisfaire de la meilleure fa\u00e7on possible. De plus, au cours de ma formation de trois ans, j\u2019ai beaucoup progress\u00e9 et je peux maintenant affronter la vie avec plus de confiance en moi, que ce soit sur le plan professionnel ou priv\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s important pour moi d\u2019\u00e9largir continuellement mes connaissances sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es afin de pouvoir faire ressortir le meilleur de moi-m\u00eame. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 mon ambition personnelle, j\u2019ai pu faire mes preuves tant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole que dans la pratique.
