L\u2019organisation SwissSkills a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en urgence un format de substitution en vue d\u2019offrir une vitrine \u00e0 la formation professionnelle et aux jeunes talents, malgr\u00e9 l\u2019annulation des championnats suisses centralis\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les meilleurs jeunes professionnels du secteur de la boulangerie-confiserie s\u2019affronteront \u00e0 l\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont du 11 au 13\u202fnovembre 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au printemps, c\u2019est le c\u0153ur lourd que l\u2019\u00e9quipe des SwissSkills a d\u00fb reporter de deux ans les SwissSkills 2020 centralis\u00e9s intersectoriels qui auraient d\u00fb avoir lieu en septembre \u00e0 Berne. Suite \u00e0 ce report, un format de substitution a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour 2020 et d\u2019autres projets existants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 poursuivis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame sans l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement majeur de Berne, les meilleurs jeunes professionnels vont pouvoir b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une vitrine et faire une excellente publicit\u00e9 \u00e0 la formation professionnelle avec leurs succ\u00e8s et leurs histoires.<br><br>En collaboration avec le directeur Urs Wellauer et l\u2019\u00e9quipe de Richemont, la commission des concours de la BCS, avec Daniel Nyfeler \u00e0 sa t\u00eate, a tr\u00e8s rapidement adapt\u00e9 le concept existant des championnats suisses de cette ann\u00e9e dans le secteur de la boulangerie-confiserie \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation en mati\u00e8re de pand\u00e9mie. Nous avons travaill\u00e9 avec beaucoup d\u2019engagement ces derniers mois, pour que les championnats des m\u00e9tiers de cette ann\u00e9e puissent se d\u00e9rouler dans des conditions \u00e9quitables et int\u00e9ressantes. \u00ab\u2009Je tiens \u00e0 remercier toutes les personnes impliqu\u00e9es de leur pr\u00e9cieuse collaboration\u2009!\u2009\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Wellauer \u00e0 \u00ab\u2009panissimo\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-soixante-swissskills-championships-en-2020\">Soixante SwissSkills Championships en 2020<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les pr\u00e9paratifs vont bon train au niveau des associations professionnelles, les jeunes professionnels n\u2019\u00e9tant \u00e9videmment pas en reste. Soixante diff\u00e9rents championnats suisses des m\u00e9tiers (SwissSkills Championships 2020) auront lieu d\u00e8s le mois de septembre. Les meilleurs jeunes professionnels du secteur de la boulangerie-confiserie s\u2019affronteront \u00e0 l\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont du 11 au 13\u202fnovembre 2020. Malgr\u00e9 le coronavirus, la rel\u00e8ve professionnelle b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera ainsi d\u2019une plate-forme int\u00e9ressante lui permettant de d\u00e9montrer son excellence \u2013 la s\u00e9lection d\u2019une \u00e9quipe suisse de premier ordre pour les WorldSkills 2021 de Shanghai s\u2019en trouvant \u00e9galement assur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-swissskills-connect-pour-les-eleves\">\u00ab\u2009SwissSkills Connect\u2009\u00bbpour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En remplacement des SwissSkills 2020 de Berne qui ont d\u00fb \u00eatre annul\u00e9s, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swiss-skills.ch\/fr\/connect\/\">\u00ab\u2009SwissSkills Connect\u2009\u00bb<\/a> offre aux classes d\u2019\u00e9cole une occasion num\u00e9rique unique de d\u00e9couvrir le vaste \u00e9ventail des professions et de trouver de l\u2019inspiration au travers de centaines de champions des m\u00e9tiers. Pendant les journ\u00e9es d\u2019inspiration, du mardi 15\u202fseptembre au jeudi 17\u202fseptembre (celle du Tessin \u00e9tant agend\u00e9e au 2\u202foctobre), les \u00e9l\u00e8ves pourront communiquer en direct avec les champions des m\u00e9tiers. Les questions des \u00e9l\u00e8ves trouveront leur r\u00e9ponse lors de centaines de sessions de chat vid\u00e9o en direct.
