La pr\u00e9sentation a \u00e9t\u00e9 bien accueillie. Les attentes des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s sont \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Nous ne pouvons pas changer le vent, mais nous pouvons changer la voilure\u2009\u00bb\u2009: Silvan Hotz a commenc\u00e9 la s\u00e9ance prospective du comit\u00e9 central en citant ce profond adage du Grec Aristote, vieux de plus de 2000 ans, qui n\u2019a rien perdu de sa pertinence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec le projet \u00ab\u2009reload\u2009\u00bb, la BCS devrait \u00eatre par\u00e9e pour l\u2019avenir, sur le plan financier et organisationnel, selon Hotz. L\u2019objectif du processus en cours vise l\u2019efficacit\u00e9, l\u2019uniformit\u00e9, la transparence et un co\u00fbt avantageux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-organisation-lourde\">Organisation lourde<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourquoi une r\u00e9organisation\u2009? Toujours plus concurrentiel, le march\u00e9 \u00e9volue toujours plus vite, et exige donc des r\u00e9actions rapides et flexibles, selon les dires de Manuel Ruchti, coordinateur de projet exp\u00e9riment\u00e9, externe au secteur (voir encadr\u00e9). L\u2019organisation actuelle de l\u2019association et de l\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont se fonde sur un nombre de membres sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 2000 (entreprises payantes). A ce jour, moins de 1500 entreprises sont affili\u00e9es \u00e0 la BCS. A moyen terme, on escompte un effectif de l\u2019ordre de 1000 membres. \u00ab\u2009Les ressources humaines et financi\u00e8res de la BCS s\u2019en trouvent \u00e9galement r\u00e9duites\u2009\u00bb, a constat\u00e9 Silvan Hotz. \u00ab\u2009Par ailleurs, le syst\u00e8me de milice atteint ses limites\u2009\u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 Manuel Ruchti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transparence<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les responsables veulent d\u00e9velopper une vision et une strat\u00e9gie pour la BCS. Cette r\u00e9organisation doit notamment optimiser le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice pour les membres, qui ont des exigences diff\u00e9rentes. Il va falloir d\u00e9finir des comp\u00e9tences et des responsabilit\u00e9s claires au sein de l\u2019organisation. \u00ab\u2009Nous voulons assurer \u00e0 la BCS une base financi\u00e8re saine et transparente\u2009\u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 Ruchti. \u00ab\u2009Nous nous pr\u00e9parons, et nous mettons en ordre de marche en tant que solide partenaire de la branche pour l\u2019avenir\u2009!\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Legende: Il reste encore des obstacles \u00e0 surmonter pour devenir une organisation efficace et populaire.
