La jeune collaboratrice de la Sarrasine \u00e0 Lucens (VD) entamera sa 2e ann\u00e9e de formation \u00e0 la rentr\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est en suivant des activit\u00e9s de passeport vacances que j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert le monde de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie. Lors de ces journ\u00e9es, j\u2019ai fait des g\u00e2teaux du Vully, des tresses et des modelages en massepain\u2026 Toutefois, depuis toute petite, j\u2019aimais manger de la p\u00e2te lorsque j\u2019aidais ma maman \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer les biscuits de No\u00ebl ainsi que les odeurs qui \u00e9manaient du four\u2026 Sauf celle des pains d\u2019anis\u2009!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-declic\">Le d\u00e9clic<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors d\u2019une journ\u00e9e \u00ab\u2009JOM\u2009\u00bb (ndlr\u2009: Journ\u00e9e oser tous les m\u00e9tiers), j\u2019ai pu travailler une nuit dans une boulangerie. Ce fut le d\u00e9clic\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Je veux apprendre ce m\u00e9tier\u2009!\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela fait presque une ann\u00e9e que j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 mon apprentissage. J\u2019ai apprivois\u00e9 la boulangerie et la p\u00e2tisserie\u2026 C\u2019est en boulangerie que je me plais le plus\u2026 J\u2019aime fa\u00e7onner les pains, sentir la texture de la p\u00e2te, l\u2019odeur du pain qui cuit et son chant \u00e0 la sortie du four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019appr\u00e9cie de pouvoir travailler en petite \u00e9quipe de 2 &#8211; 3 personnes. Cela me permet d\u2019apprendre, de me perfectionner et de collaborer dans les meilleures conditions possible\u2009; et quand l\u2019\u00e9quipe est positive, c\u2019est encore mieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009J\u2019aime fa\u00e7onner les pains, sentir la texture de la p\u00e2te, l\u2019odeur du pain qui cuit\u2026\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-au-travail-sans-soucis\">Au travail sans soucis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 ce d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e particulier, j\u2019ai pu tous les jours me rendre au travail sans soucis\u2026 Ma formation professionnelle a suivi son cours. J\u2019esp\u00e8re que la formation scolaire pourra reprendre normalement \u00e0 la rentr\u00e9e\u2026 C\u2019est quand m\u00eame plus facile de la suivre dans une classe d\u2019\u00e9cole qu\u2019\u00e0 distance, de tous recevoir les m\u00eames informations et d\u2019avoir les corrig\u00e9s imm\u00e9diatement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce printemps, j\u2019ai particip\u00e9 au mondial du p\u00e2t\u00e9 vaudois\u2026 Les exigences de mes patrons \u00e9taient de cr\u00e9er un p\u00e2t\u00e9 sans viande de porc. J\u2019ai relev\u00e9 le d\u00e9fi et suis tr\u00e8s satisfaite du r\u00e9sultat obtenu\u2026 Maintenant, je dois r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine\u2009:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Est-ce que j\u2019am\u00e9liore ma cr\u00e9ation en tenant compte des remarques ou est-ce que je choisis d\u2019en cr\u00e9er une nouvelle\u2009?\u2009\u00bb<br><br>Bon, j\u2019ai encore quelques mois de r\u00e9flexion devant moi.
