Elle est aujourd\u2019hui tr\u00e8s heureuse d\u2019avoir choisi cette voie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aussi loin que je m\u2019en souvienne, j\u2019ai toujours eu une fascination pour les desserts: en vacances, j\u2019\u00e9tais toujours plus int\u00e9ress\u00e9e par les caf\u00e9s et autres p\u00e2tisseries que par les restaurants. Influenc\u00e9e par ma famille, qui estimait que le m\u00e9tier de p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re n\u2019\u00e9tait pas pour moi, j\u2019ai d\u2019abord opt\u00e9 pour un autre m\u00e9tier, en me lan\u00e7ant dans un apprentissage en menuiserie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019\u00e9tais plut\u00f4t dou\u00e9e, mais je ne me sentais pas \u00e0 ma place. Apr\u00e8s une blessure et un accident, j\u2019ai finalement d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de laisser parler ma passion pour le sucr\u00e9 et de postuler \u00e0 un apprentissage pour devenir p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re-confiseuse au sein de l\u2019exploitation Vollenweider Chocolatier Confiseur AG \u00e0 Winterthour (ZH). J\u2019ai eu la sensation d\u2019avoir fait le bon choix d\u00e8s le premier jour de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-enchanter-les-sens\">Enchanter les sens<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le fait de pouvoir confectionner, \u00e0 partir des ingr\u00e9dients les plus diff\u00e9rents, des mets qui enchantent les gens et leur donnent le sourire est une joie pour moi. Quand j\u2019aper\u00e7ois une mari\u00e9e sans voix devant la pi\u00e8ce mont\u00e9e de son mariage, je ressens une profonde satisfaction. Quel bonheur alors de l\u2019aider \u00e0 d\u00e9couper mon \u0153uvre en petites portions que les invit\u00e9s d\u00e9gustent ensuite avec gourmandise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est aussi pour cela que je suis contente d\u2019avoir opt\u00e9 pour la sp\u00e9cialisation en p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie. Je n\u2019ai pas seulement appris \u00e0 concocter des g\u00e2teaux, mon apprentissage m\u2019a permis d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir une grande expertise sur les diff\u00e9rents ingr\u00e9dients, les techniques de fabrication, les produits boulangers, p\u00e2tisseries et produits \u00e0 base de chocolat aussi bien traditionnels que modernes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLe fait de pouvoir confectionner, \u00e0 partir des ingr\u00e9dients les plus diff\u00e9rents, des mets qui enchantent les gens et leur donnent le sourire est une joie pour moi.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-apprendre-a-apprecier-le-travail\">Apprendre \u00e0 appr\u00e9cier le travail<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Au printemps dernier, j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 de nouveau engag\u00e9e dans l\u2019entreprise o\u00f9 j\u2019ai fait mon apprentissage, et j\u2019y organise maintenant des ateliers autour du chocolat. C\u2019est une mission qui m\u2019apporte beaucoup de joie, car elle me permet de donner \u00e0 d\u2019autres personnes l\u2019occasion d\u2019obtenir un aper\u00e7u privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 sur le m\u00e9tier de la confiserie. Beaucoup de gens ne r\u00e9alisent pas tout le travail qu\u2019il y a, par exemple, derri\u00e8re la fabrication d\u2019un beau lapin de P\u00e2ques: les participants \u00e0 mes ateliers apprennent \u00e0 appr\u00e9cier ce travail, en fabriquant leur propre lapin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis tr\u00e8s heureuse d\u2019avoir choisi ce m\u00e9tier, qui me permet de faire parler ma cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 au sein d\u2019une belle \u00e9quipe. C\u2019est un plaisir renouvel\u00e9 de d\u00e9couvrir de nouvelles cr\u00e9ations qui plairont aux clients. Ce qui me porte?
