Elles ont succ\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019inauguration du centre romand de comp\u00e9tences. Le nouveau secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Pascal Charlet y a particip\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019Arabpc s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e le 7\u202fseptembre au Centre romand de comp\u00e9tences pour les artisans boulangers-p\u00e2tissiers-confiseurs \u00e0 Yverdon-les-Bains (VD). Dans son bilan, le pr\u00e9sident Didier Ecoffey a notamment cit\u00e9 l\u2019adoption du processus de r\u00e9organisation \u00ab\u2009Reload\u2009\u00bb, la nomination de Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Leuenberger et Wilhelm Ohnmacht comme repr\u00e9sentants de Suisse romande au comit\u00e9 central, la cr\u00e9ation du centre de formation, la baisse du nombre de membres et de formateurs, la concurrence des \u00ab\u2009grands\u2009\u00bb, la journ\u00e9e de ski \u00e0 Verbier (VS) et des informations juridiques sur les principaux th\u00e8mes de la derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e associative. En 2020, les membres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 activement soutenus lors de la pand\u00e9mie. Au printemps, le nouveau secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Pascal Charlet a succ\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 Mathieu Fehlmann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-magnifique\">\u00ab\u2009Magnifique\u2009\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jo\u00ebl M\u00e9rigonde a pris la t\u00eate de la commission formation professionnelle en 2019. L\u2019accent a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur l\u2019organisation de la Finale romande durant Chocolatissimo \u00e0 Neuch\u00e2tel, la participation aux r\u00e9unions B&amp;Q et \u00e0 la Journ\u00e9e des chefs experts ainsi que la collaboration autour du Learndoc. M.\u202fM\u00e9rigonde a particuli\u00e8rement soulign\u00e9 le travail de Peter Signer, responsable de l\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e0 la production de la BCS, et de son \u00e9quipe. Ils ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une performance de haut niveau lors des proc\u00e9dures de qualification, rendues difficiles par le coronavirus. Il a qualifi\u00e9 la nouvelle salle de production de \u00ab\u2009magnifique\u2009\u00bb. Les apprentis fribourgeois ont pu en profiter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-commerce-de-detail\">Commerce de d\u00e9tail<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La commission vente a \u00e9t\u00e9 et est toujours principalement impliqu\u00e9e dans le projet de vente 2022+ et dans l\u2019am\u00e9nagement de la salle de vente \u00e0 Yverdon. Marie Perriard, responsable de la commission, n\u2019a pas tari d\u2019\u00e9loges sur le nouveau site. \u00ab\u2009La coop\u00e9ration entre la Suisse al\u00e9manique et la Suisse romande s\u2019est nettement am\u00e9lior\u00e9e\u2009\u00bb, a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9. Elle a fait \u00e9tat de la r\u00e9union constructive des chefs experts, qui lui a procur\u00e9 \u00ab\u2009un grand plaisir\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-presence-sur-les-reseaux\">Pr\u00e9sence sur les r\u00e9seaux<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis novembre, l\u2019Arabpc travaille avec Ludivine Knecht. Elle est responsable de la pr\u00e9sence dans les m\u00e9dias sociaux. Les r\u00e9sultats ont encourag\u00e9 l\u2019association \u00e0 poursuivre dans cette voie, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Fabienne Germanier Nicod, responsable de la commission communication.<br>En 2019, deux \u00e9v\u00e9nements principaux ont eu lieu du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de des Chevaliers du bon pain, l\u2019Intronisation de la Confr\u00e9rie jurassienne \u00e0 Saignel\u00e9gier le 11\u202fao\u00fbt et de la Vaudoise \u00e0 Montreux le 21\u202fseptembre. Le prochain conseil de l\u2019Ordre des chevaliers du bon pain aura lieu le lundi 5\u202foctobre \u00e0 St-L\u00e9onard. Didier Ecoffey a remerci\u00e9 le Grand Ma\u00eetre Robert Porchet pour son engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-rendez-vous-au-sbt-2021\">Rendez-vous au SBT 2021<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans moins de deux mois, le Swiss Bakery Trophy (SBT), devait avoir lieu. Les pr\u00e9paratifs ont battu leur plein jusqu\u2019au d\u00e9but juillet. Malgr\u00e9 toutes les incertitudes, les gens ont continu\u00e9 \u00e0 se r\u00e9unir pour pr\u00e9parer la comp\u00e9tition. Les discussions se sont r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es pour savoir si le SBT devait se tenir dans le cadre du Salon suisse des go\u00fbts et terroirs \u00e0 Bulle (FR). Les responsables ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de reporter l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement d\u2019un an. Nicolas Taillens a salu\u00e9 la bonne coop\u00e9ration avec les repr\u00e9sentants d\u2019Espace Gruy\u00e8re. Les responsables du SBT sont \u00e9galement \u00e0 la recherche de sponsors suppl\u00e9mentaires. \u00ab\u2009Je me r\u00e9jouis de vous rencontrer au SBT 2021 avec vos produits\u2009\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M.\u202fTaillens \u00e0 la fin de son rapport.<br>Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Leuenberger, pr\u00e9sident de la commission Immeuble de Pully, a rappel\u00e9 que l\u2019inauguration du nouveau centre de formation \u00e9tait une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape. Des espaces disponibles restent \u00e0 louer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cotisations-inchangees\">Cotisations inchang\u00e9es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les responsables de l\u2019association vont essayer de maintenir les co\u00fbts aussi bas que possible, a assur\u00e9 le nouveau secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Pascal Charlet. Les frais d\u2019adh\u00e9sion restent inchang\u00e9s, 150\u202ffrancs pour les membres avec commerce, 50\u202ffrancs pour les membres sans commerce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cantonales-engagez-vous\">Cantonales engagez-vous<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sident de la SBC, Silvan Hotz, a appel\u00e9 les repr\u00e9sentants des associations cantonales \u00e0 s\u2019engager activement dans les concepts de protection contre la pand\u00e9mie. Actuellement, les cantons \u00e9dictent leurs propres r\u00e8gles ou r\u00e8glements. Cela compliquerait les choses pour l\u2019association suisse.
