Cette d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise d\u2019un commun accord par les principaux porteurs du FBKplus, \u00e0 savoir par l\u2019Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs (BCS) et par Bernexpo en tant que soci\u00e9t\u00e9 organisatrice.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les cons\u00e9quences \u00e9conomiques de la pand\u00e9mie de corona ont inqui\u00e9t\u00e9 les exposants potentiels et mis \u00e0 mal les conditions de r\u00e9ussite du salon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le coup d\u2019envoi du nouveau format de salon FBKplus avait \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9 d\u00e9but 2020. L\u2019ancien salon professionnel de mat\u00e9riel de boulangerie, p\u00e2tisserie et confiserie FBK s\u2019est \u00e9largi \u00e0 de nouvelles branches et \u00e0 de nouveaux domaines. Sous le signe du \u00abrendez-vous de la production de denr\u00e9es alimentaires\u00bb, le FBKplus couvre l\u2019ensemble de la production commerciale et industrielle de denr\u00e9es alimentaires et de boissons et proposera \u00e9galement des manifestations parall\u00e8les captivantes. Les organisateurs avaient vu d\u2019un bon \u0153il les accords de partenaires forts des domaines de la boulangerie\/p\u00e2tisserie\/confiserie, de la viande et des produits carn\u00e9s ainsi que du lait et du fromage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abIl nous a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s difficile de prendre cette d\u00e9cision, qui est cependant n\u00e9cessaire\u00bb<br>Michael Stocker, Bernexpo<br><br>Ces derni\u00e8res semaines, des \u00e9changes intenses avec les exposants et les membres de l\u2019association ont eu lieu. La pand\u00e9mie du corona et ses cons\u00e9quences \u00e9conomiques pour les entreprises concern\u00e9es emp\u00eachent cependant de pouvoir planifier le salon en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et rendent donc impossible la r\u00e9alisation du FBKplus du 16 au 19 janvier 2021. En raison de l\u2019absence de r\u00e9servations d\u2019importants exposants potentiels et de la r\u00e9serve tangible de groupes essentiels de visiteurs, la BCS et Bernexpo renoncent \u00e0 organiser comme pr\u00e9vu le FBKplus en 2021. Ce salon professionnel sera report\u00e9 d\u2019un an, \u00e0 savoir du 22 au 25 janvier 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abIl nous a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s difficile de prendre cette d\u00e9cision, qui est cependant n\u00e9cessaire\u00bb, explique Michael Stocker, directeur du secteur Manifestations de tiers pour Bernexpo. \u00abIl est de notre devoir d\u2019assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sanitaire de tous les participants sur le site de Bernexpo, mais \u00e9galement de permettre de planifier en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de garantir le succ\u00e8s \u00e9conomique de nos plates-formes.\u00bb Du point de vue de la direction de Bernexpo, ces deux derniers points ne sont pas r\u00e9unis en ces temps de pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLes r\u00e9flexions des principaux partenaires de l\u2019ensemble de la branche des denr\u00e9es alimentaires prouvent qu\u2019un salon leader commun, moderne et dans l\u2019air du temps, correspond \u00e0 un besoin fort et v\u00e9ritable.\u00bb<br>Urs Wellauer, directeur de la BCS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Urs Wellauer, directeur de la BCS, en est arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 la m\u00eame conclusion: apr\u00e8s un bon d\u00e9part et les accords positifs de partenaires et d\u2019exposants cl\u00e9s est venue la phase de l\u2019attente, puis celle des annulations. \u00abNous nous voyons dans l\u2019obligation de reporter le salon afin d\u2019\u00e9viter que la r\u00e9orientation et le nouveau lancement du FBK, jug\u00e9s positifs par les branches impliqu\u00e9es, ne soient d\u2019embl\u00e9e vou\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chec en raison des cons\u00e9quences \u00e9conomiques de la pand\u00e9mie.\u00bb Wellauer est convaincu que le FBKplus conna\u00eetra un v\u00e9ritable succ\u00e8s en janvier 2022 lorsque la situation du corona se sera d\u00e9tendue. \u00abLes r\u00e9flexions des principaux partenaires de l\u2019ensemble de la branche des denr\u00e9es alimentaires prouvent qu\u2019un salon leader commun, moderne et dans l\u2019air du temps, correspond \u00e0 un besoin fort et v\u00e9ritable.\u00bb<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La premi\u00e8re du nouveau salon professionnel, le FBKplus, qui devait avoir lieu \u00e0 Berne, est report\u00e9e d\u2019un an.
