En raison de la pand\u00e9mie, elle se d\u00e9roulera sans public.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sauvons la plan\u00e8te\u2026 Un sujet appropri\u00e9 en ces temps particuliers attend les sept participants \u00e0 la Finale romande et tessinoise des meilleurs jeunes confiseurs, le 26 septembre \u00e0 l\u2019Ecole professionnelle de Montreux (EPM). La comp\u00e9tition et la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise des prix se d\u00e9rouleront d\u2019ailleurs \u00e0 huis clos, en raison du coronavirus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-trois-cantons-absents\">Trois cantons absents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour y participer, les candidats ont d\u00fb obtenir la meilleure moyenne g\u00e9n\u00e9rale \u00e0 l\u2019examen de fin d\u2019apprentissage. Ils proviennent de cinq cantons. Manquent \u00e0 l\u2019appel Gen\u00e8ve, le Jura et Neuch\u00e2tel. En guise de d\u00e9fi, ils devront r\u00e9aliser une ribambelle de produits en cinq heures\u2009: deux mignardises, un entremets et sa p\u00e2tisserie assortie, quatre bonbons chocolat tremp\u00e9s, un bonbon chocolat moul\u00e9 contenant un spiritueux \u00e0 base d\u2019\u00e9corce d\u2019orange, une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 en chocolat. Au terme du temps imparti, ils mettront en sc\u00e8ne leurs cr\u00e9ations sur une table de pr\u00e9sentation. Les jeunes professionnels y disposeront aussi leur pi\u00e8ce d\u2019exposition confectionn\u00e9e en entreprise. Malgr\u00e9 la situation particuli\u00e8re en fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e en raison du coronavirus, le niveau de l\u2019\u00e9dition ne devrait pas \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui des ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, selon le pr\u00e9sident du concours Jean-Louis Boverat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-resultats-a-suivre-en-direct\">R\u00e9sultats \u00e0 suivre en direct<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le comit\u00e9 d\u2019organisation a confi\u00e9 la responsabilit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9valuer les participants et leurs cr\u00e9ations \u00e0 deux jurys. Le premier, compos\u00e9 de quatre confiseurs, se concentrera sur le travail en laboratoire. Le second, huit professionnels et repr\u00e9sentants de la gastronomie, aura le plaisir de d\u00e9guster certaines cr\u00e9ations. L\u2019ensemble des \u00e9valuations permettra d\u2019\u00e9lire le champion 2020. La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise des prix se d\u00e9roulera \u00e0 17\u2009h\u200930, le 26 septembre \u00e0 l\u2019EPM.
