Il y a une petite phase de rodage, ainsi que des petites surprises de jeunesse des installations\u2009! Mais quel bonheur de pouvoir enseigner dans de telles conditions\u2026 J\u2019ai la chance d\u2019exercer une profession que j\u2019aime, et pour moi, pouvoir la transmettre est primordial\u2026 Richemont est le centre de comp\u00e9tences de r\u00e9f\u00e9rences pour la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie, c\u2019est une grande chance et une fiert\u00e9, que d\u2019y travailler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Savoir garder la tradition de l\u2019enseignement avec la modernit\u00e9 de l\u2019ouverture. Ouverture sur un futur, toujours plus verser vers la compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9. Le premier cours donn\u00e9, dans notre nouveau laboratoire, fut le CIE 3, pour les apprentis fribourgeois germanophones\u2026 Un beau symbole\u2009! Ouverture aussi sur la flexibilit\u00e9, des salles de cours modulables, pour passer de la confection de pralin\u00e9s, \u00e0 celle de pains au levain-chef, en passant par l\u2019emballage. Pr\u00e9servons aussi la tradition de notre syst\u00e8me professionnel dual, avec un pied en entreprise et l\u2019autre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole. Equilibre, qui nous garantit une tr\u00e8s bonne rel\u00e8ve et que beaucoup d\u2019autres pays nous envient. Petit clin d\u2019\u0153il au dernier WoldSkills\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ma part, chaque jour est un don, une nouvelle aventure\u2009! J\u2019avance avec la force et l\u2019enseignement de nos anciens, en y ajoutant ma cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, mon exp\u00e9rience, mes d\u00e9couvertes et mon grain de folie\u2009! De nombreux acteurs s\u2019y investissent et jouent un r\u00f4le important\u2009: un Groupement romand des ma\u00eetres de cours fort qui permet l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019enseignement, en ad\u00e9quation avec les nouvelles ordonnances et techniques de travail\u2009; les formateurs qui motivent et forment nos jeunes professionnels avec passion, jour apr\u00e8s jour\u2009; et enfin les moniteurs CIE qui partagent toute la richesse de leurs exp\u00e9riences et comp\u00e9tences m\u00e9thodologiques. Au c\u0153ur de cette formation tripartite, rayonne le centre de comp\u00e9tences romand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant que responsable CIE pour le canton de Fribourg, j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert un outil de qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 Yverdon. Nos premiers CIE se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9s sans heurt, avant m\u00eame l\u2019inauguration officielle. Mieux que \u00e7a, le laboratoire am\u00e9nag\u00e9 avec des tables enti\u00e8rement \u00e9quip\u00e9es pour le travail par bin\u00f4me, rend les cours plus attractifs encore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus de nos moniteurs motiv\u00e9s par cette nouvelle infrastructure, nous travaillons main dans la main avec le personnel de Richemont. Cette collaboration, pleine de bienveillance et d\u2019humilit\u00e9, permet la formation continue des moniteurs et d\u2019\u00e9lever encore le niveau de qualit\u00e9 des CIE, auxquels nous attachons une grande importance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quitter notre laboratoire situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Ecole professionnelle artisanale et industrielle de Fribourg pour Yverdon n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 une d\u00e9cision prise \u00e0 la l\u00e9g\u00e8re.
