L\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont fait \u0153uvre de pionni\u00e8re en la mati\u00e8re.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019initiative de ce projet revient \u00e0 Global Swiss Learning SA, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en juin \u00e0 Zoug. L\u2019objectif est d\u2019exporter dans le monde entier les apprentissages suisses sous forme num\u00e9rique. \u00ab\u2009L\u2019avenir est num\u00e9rique\u2009\u00bb, a expliqu\u00e9 Samuel Notz, membre du conseil d\u2019administration et CEO de Global Swiss Learning SA, lors de la conf\u00e9rence de presse, et cela vaut \u00e9galement pour la formation. Cette tendance s\u2019est sensiblement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e avec la pand\u00e9mie de coronavirus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-important-marche-international\">Important march\u00e9 international<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont est la premi\u00e8re \u00e0 s\u2019engager. Le contrat avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement et de distribution \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, Global Swiss Learning SA, a \u00e9t\u00e9 conclu en juillet. Les connaissances professionnelles de Richemont devraient pour l\u2019heure \u00eatre enseign\u00e9es sous forme num\u00e9rique \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger. Cela devrait permettre de financer ensuite les cours en ligne en Suisse. Les premiers cours modulaires pour la Suisse pourraient \u00eatre disponibles d\u00e8s 2022.<br>\u00ab\u2009Le march\u00e9 international joue un r\u00f4le important depuis la fondation en 1945\u2009\u00bb, a confi\u00e9 le directeur de Richemont Reto Fries. \u00ab\u2009Cette coop\u00e9ration nous permet de mettre nos connaissances \u00e0 la disposition d\u2019un public beaucoup plus large, de mani\u00e8re plus simple et g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement moins co\u00fbteuse.\u2009\u00bb La croissance est selon lui quasi impossible sur le march\u00e9 tr\u00e8s concurrentiel de la Suisse\u2009; raison pour laquelle le march\u00e9 international est compris dans la strat\u00e9gie adopt\u00e9e cet automne par le comit\u00e9 central.<br>Le lancement est pr\u00e9vu en 2021 avec des cours en ligne dans des \u00e9coles partenaires pour la boulangerie, la p\u00e2tisserie et la confiserie, en Chine et au Br\u00e9sil. D\u2019autres pays et professions suivront.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fonctionnement\">Fonctionnement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les mati\u00e8res num\u00e9ris\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre enseign\u00e9es dans le monde entier via une plateforme, avec la m\u00eame qualit\u00e9 qu\u2019en Suisse. L\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel du syst\u00e8me num\u00e9rique de Global Swiss Learning SA est ce qu\u2019on appelle le \u00ab\u2009blended learning\u2009\u00bb ou, en d\u2019autres termes, l\u2019apprentissage int\u00e9gr\u00e9. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une forme d\u2019apprentissage moderne dans le cadre de laquelle sont enseign\u00e9s tant les contenus th\u00e9oriques que les comp\u00e9tences artisanales, en recourant notamment \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes formes d\u2019apprentissage \u00e9lectronique alli\u00e9es \u00e0 de l\u2019enseignement pr\u00e9sentiel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nouvelles-possibilites-pour-le-secteur\">Nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s pour le secteur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u2019est-ce que cela signifie pour les boulangers-confiseurs suisses\u2009? Cette collaboration ouvre de nouvelles perspectives \u00e0 Richemont et \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble du secteur, et ce \u00e0 tous les niveaux de formation, selon Reto Fries. Avant m\u00eame le semi-confinement, l\u2019\u00e9cole professionnelle avait assist\u00e9 \u00e0 un exode de participants potentiels \u00e0 des cours pr\u00e9sentiels vers une transmission d\u2019information num\u00e9rique. Les ventes de manuels scolaires ont aussi accus\u00e9 un net recul.
