Non, ce n\u2019est pas vraiment possible, l\u2019ensemble de la logistique actuelle se focalise sur les co\u00fbts, et les grandes masses \u00e0 petits prix unitaires dominent la sc\u00e8ne\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec l\u2019importance croissante de la connaissance de l\u2019identit\u00e9, de la provenance et du mode de production, on peut n\u00e9anmoins se demander si une valeur ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 petite \u00e9chelle ne pourrait pas trouver un nouvel essor. L\u2019\u00e9mergence de centaines de microbrasseries en est un bel exemple\u2009; constituant une r\u00e9ponse forte \u00e0 la production de masse. Le porte-monnaie ne joue plus qu\u2019un r\u00f4le secondaire lorsqu\u2019il est question de suivre la tendance en vogue de boire une bi\u00e8re locale. La num\u00e9risation pourrait-elle impliquer que mon pain sp\u00e9cial soit fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 base de grains de champs connus de la r\u00e9gion\u2009?
