Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses cours de pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 l\u2019examen professionnel, il se rapproche de son but \u00e0 grands pas\u2009: reprendre un jour l\u2019entreprise familiale.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon p\u00e8re a ouvert la boulangerie Spitzbueb SA, le 1er\u202fmai 2006. A partir de ce moment-l\u00e0, tout a chang\u00e9. D\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e2ge de six ans, je grignotais mes branches au chocolat, dont j\u2019abuse encore, en pensant que ce serait vraiment le meilleur m\u00e9tier. A onze ans, je me levais de bonne heure. J\u2019attendais mon p\u00e8re au pied de l\u2019escalier pour l\u2019accompagner au travail.<br>Au secondaire, j\u2019ai fermement d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de commencer un apprentissage de boulanger-confiseur. Aucun autre m\u00e9tier ne m\u2019aurait mis plus \u00e0 l\u2019aise. Ce contexte professionnel m\u2019a toujours beaucoup plu.<br>J\u2019ai effectu\u00e9 mon apprentissage dans la boulangerie de mon p\u00e8re. Je me suis tr\u00e8s vite int\u00e9ress\u00e9 aux affaires. C\u2019est ce qui m\u2019a motiv\u00e9 \u00e0 suivre les traces de mon p\u00e8re. Peu apr\u00e8s, celui-ci a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de monter une petite succursale \u00e0 R\u00fctihof (AG) avec un site de production et un local de vente. C\u2019est l\u00e0 que j\u2019ai pu faire mes premi\u00e8res exp\u00e9riences, sit\u00f4t mon apprentissage termin\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00ab\u2009Aucun autre m\u00e9tier ne m\u2019aurait mis plus \u00e0 l\u2019aise. Ce contexte professionnel m\u2019a toujours beaucoup plu.\u2009\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-utiliser-son-temps-a-bon-escient\">Utiliser son temps \u00e0 bon escient<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut trois ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience avant de pouvoir se pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 l\u2019examen professionnel. J\u2019en ai profit\u00e9 pour bien investir mon temps disponible. Aussit\u00f4t apr\u00e8s l\u2019apprentissage, pendant ma premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e en tant que g\u00e9rant de succursale, j\u2019ai compl\u00e9t\u00e9 ma formation commerciale dans un institut affili\u00e9 \u00e0 VSH l\u2019association des \u00e9coles suisses de commerce. Puis, je me suis qualifi\u00e9 comme responsable de la formation professionnelle \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e de Richemont. Par la suite, j\u2019ai effectu\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9cole de recrue et j\u2019ai continu\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler dans l\u2019entreprise de mon p\u00e8re. Celui-ci, d\u00e9sireux de me confier plus de responsabilit\u00e9s, m\u2019a propos\u00e9 de g\u00e9rer une deuxi\u00e8me filiale qui existait d\u00e9j\u00e0.<br>Aujourd\u2019hui, mes t\u00e2ches consistent \u00e0 g\u00e9rer la production dans les succursales de Wettingen (AG) et de R\u00fctihof ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 surveiller la mise en \u0153uvre des directives d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne et des consignes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail, prescrites par l\u2019assistante de gestion. Etant donn\u00e9 que je me trouve en d\u00e9but de parcours et que je ne r\u00e9ussis qu\u2019en partie \u00e0 remplir ces fonctions, je b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie du soutien de mon p\u00e8re et des longues ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience de notre personnel chevronn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-structure-et-motivation\">Structure et motivation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019assiste actuellement aux cours de pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 l\u2019examen professionnel, que j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9s en ao\u00fbt. Pourquoi cette formation continue\u2009? Il serait irresponsable de g\u00e9rer une entreprise avec mon niveau actuel de savoir-faire. J\u2019ai encore bien des lacunes \u00e0 combler au niveau de la gestion et des comp\u00e9tences professionnelles. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est sans cesse en mouvement. C\u2019est pourquoi il faut profiter de sa jeunesse pour suivre des formations et toujours rester \u00e0 jour.<br>Mon premier objectif est de r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 l\u2019examen professionnel. Une fois qualifi\u00e9, je poursuivrai mon parcours et souhaite passer l\u2019examen professionnel sup\u00e9rieur. Au moment propice, je pense reprendre l\u2019entreprise de mon p\u00e8re avec mon fr\u00e8re cadet, Enea, qui se trouve en 3e ann\u00e9e d\u2019apprentissage de boulanger-confiseur.<br>J\u2019ai toujours tenu \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir ma prochaine \u00e9tape.
