Apr\u00e8s d\u2019intenses discussions, le Parlement a adopt\u00e9 en automne 2016 une solution compatible avec la libre circulation des personnes de l\u2019UE. La \u00ab\u2009pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence indig\u00e8ne light\u2009\u00bb pr\u00e9voit ainsi une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence nationale pour les ch\u00f4meurs r\u00e9sidents en Suisse dans les secteurs o\u00f9 le taux de ch\u00f4mage est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la moyenne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un premier temps, \u00e0 partir du 1er\u202fjuillet, le seuil de ch\u00f4mage \u00e0 partir duquel les postes devront \u00eatre annonc\u00e9s s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8vera \u00e0 huit pour-cent. Le personnel de service, les auxiliaires agricoles, les dessinateurs en construction m\u00e9tallique et les peintres seront notamment concern\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La boulangerie artisanale n\u2019est pour l\u2019heure pas affect\u00e9e.
